Wished it worked
I bought this to help with work and my hotflashes....it says it fans and cools, battery shorter when cooling vs fan but instructions vague so far only fan mode works no separate button too turn on cool mode like other brand I purchased....too bulky for just fan ...so I'm returning this one

Don't waste you time or money!!!
This is officially the worst thing I've ever purchased via Amazon. I returned it immediately. I am extremely disappointed!

They're both amazing. Make sure to hide it well when dropping it off though.
They both are great. But next time when you bring it to the front door, try not to put it in plain sight just reduce the risk of someone seeing it and trying to steal it.
