American Furniture Classics 4-Piece Alpine Lodge Sofa

Very nice furniture. And the delivery men were very nice. They brought it in the living room for us. Very pleased with our purchase.

Very pleased with the quality of the sofa, loveseat, armchair and ottoman. Looks very attractive with leather-look microfiber upholstery and decorative stud-work. Feels nice and solid when you sit on it and cushions are very comfortable. Shippers kept me informed of my order status and did a great job unboxing the items and bringing them inside the house. Very happy with the purchase.

We order the AFC Alpine Lodge furniture for our new vacation cabin. The shipping was a nightmare! AFC, DO NOT USE ABF FREIGHT! They never returned calls, waited on hold as long as 45 min. They scheduled delivery, cancelled and re-scheduled 3 times. We stayed at the cabin 1 1/2 weeks waiting. They kept saying tomorrow and then no show. Kept telling Amazon they couldn't get ahold of us. Finally they turned it over to a 3rd part freight co. but lost furniture on way over there. Once found the other company promptly delivered. Then the first time my wife sat in the chair... a loud pop and the seat sagged (she is not heavy). I opened up the felt liner and saw the main cross brace had broken. They had used a weak piece of wood that was split and had a big knot in the center. (see picture). While open i could see low quality wood and many staples had missed their mark and were twisted and bent. I replaced and braced the broken piece myself rather than deal with the freight co again. I am giving 2 Stars because they are beautiful on the outside. The fabric is very nice and top notch finish work. But am doubtful they will last.

Great for our cabin. Looks great and high quality. Comfortable to lounge in. Packaging and delivery was solid...everything came protected and scratch free. Expect to have lots of cardboard to dispose of when you are done up wrapping!

I like the looks of the furniture but is poorly made. The tapestry material has been unraveling and has made a hole in the seam. It keeps running and they won’t exchange my couch for another one, even though it’s only been one month. We spent over $3,100.00 on the set and can’t believe they won’t even exchange it. Very disappointed!

Furniture cushions are firm which I like, you don't sink down into the couch or chair. Looks great we'll see how it wears as I've only owned a few days.

This furniture is great quality and looks beautiful in our ‘lodgy’ living room. So happy!

Very attractive and well built furniture.Update after owning for 9 months. Still looks good the frame is still sturdy but the stitching is coming out of the seams mostly where they used tapestry fabric and sewed it together it doesn't stay soon I've had to repair several seams already. I wonder if there's some kind of a warranty to cover this. If anyone knows please let me know! Thank you!
