As a chef, I can say this is a fabulous pan!

I use this as my favorite, now I just need one of the larger ones. Love the sturdiness, easy cleanup and most of all, good temp control with no apparent hotspots. Expensive, but it's so good it makes cooking more fun.

Dream to cook with heat pan prior to adding oil

I bought this pan as I became frustrated replacing non-stick pans due to the coating getting scratched. I was looking for a really large pan to replace a nonstick one I had that was no longer being produced. The heat distribution is amazing on this pan. When I'm able, I will get others in smaller sizes.

Ottimo prodotto con etichette e garanzia, però è arrivata con un'ammaccatura piuttosto evidente sul bordo vicino al manico. Non la restituisco perchè vado in ferie e mi serve.

Ovviamente non è antiaderente ma cucina in modo egregio.

Padella professionale, da usare sempre, buttate le antiaderenti che sono tossiche e usate queste in acciaio, servirà ungere un pò o affinare un pò la tecnica per non attaccare il cibo, cuociono benissimo, sono atossiche resistenti e durano. Ottima marca e prodotto.Io la uso a casa. In questa da 28 4 cotolette ci stanno bene ....;-)
