Have seen a review on here saying how awful the taste was. Could only be a man that wrote that. Anything good for you always tastes yucky. I don’t have a problem with the taste. It’s very easy to swallow. If I was well off I’d have it all the time but as it is I find it very cost restrictive. Shame because it’s a damn good product.

So mixed feelings on this one... It's definitely potent lol and I do feel the benefits, HOWEVER lol first time trying it was a shock... I think sea water is less salty than this... So it's difficult to take... 2 teaspoons is alot but it's what it recommended so I just add extra water... So really it's a good product but tastes absolutely vile lol

Horrible taste

Not recommended I'm afraid, unless you are into drinking glasses of salt water !If you've ever had sore tonsils and the doc told you to gargle with a salt water solution, then that is exactly what it tastes like !It may very well increase your potassium level as long as you can stop yourself from throwing up !I obviously need to find some potassium capsules of suitable strength because I will not be buying this stuff again.

When I bought there were no reviews but now I see that people have had the same issue as I had. that being that the bottle had leaked!! It is also most horrid tasting supplement I have tasted weather this was due to the leak I don't know. Also if you go by the directions a bottle will only last you 10 days. My advice stay away!!!
