I love this little jumping jaguar pin. It is stunning the way he is in the middle of his jump. There are two needles that pin to the pocket with the stoppers. I think that keeps it from turning topsy-turvey. The gold alloy is beautiful right now. I am anxious to see if it will stand the test of time. It definitely seems sturdy enough and well made. Some lapel pins are and some aren’t. This alloy has some glitter to it so it’s not a clean shine but I think it looks better this way. I did ordered this for my husband and he loves it but sometimes I end up wearing this on my shirt pocket or my bag. I think it is cute. It comes in a nice little box and the pins from this particular brand has always given us the best quality and the best price. It is not overwhelming but it’s not teeny-tiny either. It actually measures from front paw to the back paw 2 1/4 inches. Also, the work is amazingly detailed. The jaguar is wearing a studded collar. It has good weight to it as well. This would make a great gift for men both young and old.

This is entirely cosmetic. It is hollow on the inside (not a full 3-D replica of a jaguar). It is made to be a decorative pin. I think it looks a *lot* (too much?) like the Jaguar car emblem. So I pinned it to my Harvard puffy vest, just to see if "in context" it would look more expensive than it really is." I think it passed with flaying colors. It has to be "gold" (color) plated or painted. I doubt it has any precious metal anywhere in its creation, much less construction. But still, as you can see in the picture, it is VERY nice to look at, and as long as you don't let anyone poke their grimy fingers at it (while you are wearing it) then no one needs to know how inexpensive it is. It is an attractive accouterment for any ensemble. I think you will like it (for the price). Best viewed 3-5 feet away. Any close than that and people will want to examine it from 5-6 inches away.But the detail is nice.

Even though this product indicates it's for men, I ordered it for my wife. She loves jaguars and wearing interesting pieces of jewelry and such, so I thought this would be perfect for her.The pin is placed into a nice gift box so it has great presentation if you're giving it as a gift. The pin is a nice depiction of a jaguar and isn't quite as shiny as it appears in the photo in my opinion. It's really large so it looked great on my wife's suit jacket. I've taken a photo of it in her hand so you can have an idea of the size. Two pins on the back with secured closures provide really great stability and you're sure to not lose it.My wife loves this pin and is happy that I got it for her. She said she recommends it to other jaguar lovers, too! I'm really happy I ordered it for her - extra points for me.

This jaguar pin attaches with two tie-tack type posts with push-on backs. In my opinion, those tie-tack style pin posts are the only thing that makes this more of a man’s pin. But nonetheless, the jaguar is nice and I plan to wear it on my (ladies) lapel. Most women’s pins attach with a more typical pin/rotating clasp so this is just a bit unusual for a lady. The jaguar is fairly attractive. A little on the small side for a brooch. It’s just over 2 inches long and quite narrow. It is gold tone and has a pattern or a texture to mimic the jaguar’s fur coat. Two things are a bit odd: the jaguar has a collar on—collars are not typically associated with wild animals. And the face of the jaguar is also a bit oddly shaped. But it’s still a nice pin and I like it. Probably would not pay much for it, however.

This is a metal pin in an animal shape. The pin is approximately 2.5” long and made of a tan-gold metal. The animal has spots like a leopard but is wearing a dog collar and has a dog-shaped head. It is attached to clothing with 2 pinch clasps on the back. It comes in a ziplock bag packaged in a cardboard box.I’m not sure what to make of this pin—I was initially attracted by the leopard motif. But in my hand, I can’t tell if the pin shows a dog or a cat. So I don’t think I’ll be wearing this pin after all. The metal is quite dull and tannish. Overall, this is an inexpensive piece of costume jewelry which may appeal to kids who like both dogs and cats.

This pin came shipped in a cute box that would be great for gift wrapping.The pin itself is a bright and shiny gold color and looks great on darker fabrics. It is detailed and nice looking.The pin has two squeeze back closures, and mine are both strong and secure.It is costume jewelry, so skin oils will eventually discolor it. It is a pin, so it shouldn't have too much contact with the skin and discoloration shouldn't be an issue for much longer than if it were a ring or bracelet.I feel like the price point is a bit high for this. It is a nice pin, but it is clearly costume jewelry.

It has a nice hammered detailing with two pin backs to secure it to your outfit. I also tried this on a fabric clutch that I regularly swap out pins for different looks and it gave it a whole new look. It is very secure and even with a lot of movement, the pin stayed on. There isn't much weight or heft with this pin and it won't last forever but the color (gold plated brass) looks nice.

The pin isn't a high quality, it's a cheaply made pin but it looks nice and adds character and style. The back of the pin is a push pin style which isn't my preference but works fine.They come packaged in box that's cute and makes it more giftable but the boxes (I've ordered several pins from this company) are not always well constructed. When they are it looks a little classier and when their not it looks cheap. Inside the box the pin is packed in a small plastic zipper bag. That comes across cheap to me when jewelry arrives in a plastic bag.
