20 vdc output ought to do the job.
I have at least 3 Dell laptop computers and every damn one uses a different power adapter plug.I found this one described as "used, like new". Looking at it, you'd never know it's been plugged in at either end.When my new battery arrives I'll expect to be back online. I have no reason to doubt it.

Not a Dell charger
I purchased this charger for my Dell laptop, when it arrived it was not a Dell charger, it was an HP. It fit my computer but, unfortunately with Dell laptops, it will maintain the charge but will not charge up the battery. I had to return due to not performing the task I needed it to.
