A professional reviewer grades this book 5 out of 5
A Professional Review from Literary Luminaies:"Development refers to how effectively you told your story ordiscussed your topic. The dialogue should be realistic, thedescriptions should be vivid, and the material should be conciseand coherent. Organization is also a key factor, especially forinformative books -- those without plot and characters. The order inwhich you tell your story or explain your topic and how smoothly itflows can have a huge impact on the reader's understanding andenjoyment of the material.Formatting: Formatting is the single most overlooked area by authors. The wayin which you describe scenes, display dialogue, and shift point ofview can make or break your story. In addition, excessivegrammatical errors and typos can give your book an amateurishfeel and even put off readers completely.Marketability: Marketability refers to how effectively you wrote your book for yourtarget audience. Authors may include content that is above orbelow the understanding of their target reader, or include concepts, opinions or language that can accidentally confuse or alienate somereaders. Although by its nature this rating is very subjective, a verylow rating here and poor reviews may indicate an issue with yourbook in this area.Overall Opinion: The overall starred rating takes into account all these elements anddescribes the overall reading experience of your reviewer. This is5 the official Readers' Favorite review rating for your book."

In the news
"A doctor disciplined twice for problematic care and banned from obstetrics has had her license suspended by the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board following the death of a patient last year from late-stage endometrial cancer. The medical board last week suspended the license of Dr. Victoria Mondloch, of Waukesha, saying she performed a biopsy on the patient in violation of previous board action and gave her experimental treatment as her bleeding continued and her cancer advanced."The patient, in her mid-60s, saw Mondloch in June 2021 for a second opinion on surgery for early-stage cancer of the endometrium, or lining of the uterus, according to the board. Mondloch didn’t refer the patient to a gynecological oncologist or consult with one. She said ablation, or removal of the endometrium using slender tools and not cuts, was a sufficient treatment alternative."

I wish all doctors who treat women would read this book
I struggled for years begging doctors to take my concerns about my changing body seriously. I was repeatedly brushed off, told to "exercise more" and "these things happen as we age". I was even told I could be pre-diabetic (tho my blood sugar and insulin levels are always fine) and treated for it for 2 years. NO ONE listened to to me about my metabolic changes that were not getting better no matter how hard I worked a the gym or what I cut out of my diet. My nutritionist finally introduced me to Dr. Mondloch and after talking to her, I read her book and cried seeing myself in those pages. Why does the medical field constantly dismiss hormonal changes in women? I am so happy that I live close enough to see Dr. Mondloch and have her work with my doctors. This book changed my life.

Valuable Resource for 40+ Women
This book serves as a valuable resource for helping women navigate the challenges of perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. The author uses a combination of scientific, nutritional and medical information, combined with case studies, to help the reader understand just what is happening throughout the body during the post childbearing stages of life and how to achieve improved health through hormonal balance.

Dangerous
This former physician caused multiple patient deaths. I wouldn’t support her by purchasing a book, and I wouldn’t trust her advice. She was forced to surrender her medical license.
K**
Malpractice
This doctor has had her license suspended and eventually surrendered due to malpractice. The deaths by her hands should equal discontinuing this book and any further profits from her malpractice.
