I noticed changes in just 24 hours of taking the first capsule and couldn't believe it. I am always skeptical when trying a new product in general and this was my first time ever taking a probiotic. Being single I tend to mix a lot of different foods together and am always in a hurry to eat and this often causes bloating and gas. I am amazed that I have very little of this now, my digestion has improved, I eliminate better, have more energy, and I sleep better. They say most of our energy is used in our digestion, so by me having digestion under control, I feel so much better. This isn't the most powerful capsule on the market but I had to start somewhere and it works for me, so why not just stay on this one. The price was also very good for a 60 day supply. I suggest you try this product.

At this point I'm giving it a 1 star due to the reaction my personal body had. It was less than a week, and it shifted my phone so much, it caused a yeast infection. I did not think that was it, until medication wasn't working, so I stopped it, and it went away THAT NIGHT.. If you have recurring yeast infections as 75% of women in the world do, I would seriously be careful of this product. Each body is different, but wanted to make sure I at least let you know to make your own decisions. Side note. Ive only had one yeast infection in my life, and this was terrible.. 👀

First few bottles were fine and product worked for me. However recent order smells like vinegar! Worse is the fact that the first two pills made a sour taste and slight burn on my tounge! Rinsed off with water and took. Tried to call Healthmonde…..phone number no longer in service. Tried to email....yup return no exist! WTF????? I am goin to try and get refund as I don't want a mishap such as food poisoning. Have to say that at first all was good but this recent experience leads me to NEVER want to reorder!! Starting to question if false advertising that it is made in USA!! ???? Buyer now beware!!!!!!

I started this probiotic because the strand Aspergillus Niger is supposed to help with protein absorption. I have been lifting weights and am looking for some reasonable supplements to help me gain some mass. I am taking one capsule a day with my protein drinks. It is too early to say if this supplement is helping. I will return to this review in 1-2 months.

I suffer from pretty intense GI issues, I've been a little over a week into taking this: gas & bloating greatly reduced (still there, but less) & almost NO bloating after eating. It's actually increasing my appetite because I'm not in as much pain eating. Highly reccomend. Decent priced also.

Worked when other probiotic combinations didn't. Have dealt with IBS for years. So far, good results.
