After 3 months, would not fully charge ... but company sent a replacement fast- + a free gift
When first purchased, would not get through a day, so I did the full discharge cycle 6 times as recommended. After that it worked fine - for three months; when all of a sudden it will not charge to more than 2% so at this point it is useless. I changed my review after the company was so helpful; offer tips and then replaced batter with new one arriving very quickly, and they even provided a free thin charging cable along with the new battery ... very good customer service

Very satisfied so far
There are so many choices, but I made a good one with this battery! ¾ charge upon arrival, fit perfectly, and powers phone MUCH longer than original and other replacement battery. It's only been a month, but very satisfied so far.

This battery burned out my phone
After having to pay a professional 30.00 to install this battery it wound up burning my phone out slowly then my phone was completely fried by this piece of crap. Not only did I waste 18.00 for the battery, but 30.00 to install it,but then 400.00 to replace my phone. I want satisfaction from this company.

Definitely not a 3600mAh battery.
I order this new battery hoping it will rejuvenate my old phone but it did not. With the old battery, my phone needs to be recharged every 4 to 5 hours of use. With this new battery, I need to recharge my phone after 5 to 7 hours of normal use. I think those extra mAh help to extend the life a couple of hours. It did not work like a "new" battery.I follow the instruction that came with the battery that is to use the battery until it goes down to 2% or 1% the recharge it but it did not help at all. Many times I want to return the battery but then I went ahead and bough a new phone instead. My new phone lasted two full days per charge. Now I don't have to manage my phone usage.
