You can used these paired with your iphone 11 or and the bluetooth range was more than the 10m(in fact it may be 10-30m). You could be in another room of the house than your phone and use the headphones to still listen to music or even make calls. Make sure you do charge these all the way before you first use them - it does make a difference. The included instructions are very detailed and can walk you through all the functions and touch commands of the ear pieces. There is a touch surface on the end of each ear piece and different touch gestures allow you to control your music, phone, calls, etc. You can activate siri through a 2 second press of either ear piece. The touch gestures are really nice, but sometimes you have to remember to be careful when adjusting the ear piece in your ear because the sensors are pretty sensitive (yet, nice and responsive at the same time). Great earbuds
I don't know what the others are complaining about. This is my third set. I still have all the earbuds and they all work. I just keep losing the cases when I ride my motorcycle and forget to zip my pocket and they don't sell replacement cases!They fit the best (most flush) under a helmet of all the ones I have including Tozo T6 (good fit under helmet but lack the volume and seal of the GoGoup), Tozo T9, and Soundpeats True Engine 3 SE. They're all good earbuds, but the more brands you buy the more confused you become trying to use the controls. Tozo in particular. Between the T6 and T9 the controls are not the same. Don't know why.I've never had an issue either the GoGoup earbuds at all. The controls are easy. They last about 3 hours on a charge. The case charges for what seems like forever before it needs a charge.The bass is the best of the ones I mention and they are distorted very little when at max volume. I use the Power Amp app to do custom EQ for my earbuds. Great app. It even let's you add decibels to the output.They're always out of stock so that tells you that they're in demand. I'm waiting to buy my fourth friggin pair! Someday I'll learn a better place to keep the charger. Or remember to do my damn pocket! Yeah, I should have learned by now. But hey, I have a surplus of earbuds that all work!Buy with confidence if and when you see them for sale because as far as I know you can only get these through Amazon.

Two left
Couldn't get them to pair up got frustrated put them on the shelf couple months later tried again still couldn't as I was putting them up I noticed I have two left I'm sure it to late to return

Won't hold a charge and makes your music stutter.
Had them for 3 days. Earbuds won't charge past 60%. Case wont hold a charge at all. Earbuds turn on in the case and try to pair when charging so your music will keep stuttering. Would not recommend at all.

Won’t charge after 4 months
Stopped charging after 4 months Probably only the 4th time charging them Wast of money don’t buy them. Unless you want to just give them you money.

Both ear pieces work at the same time
It sounds pretty decent not too loud but definitely cancels noise looks a little weird in the ear tbh but works for me

Great affordable alternative & to use as a second set
I chose to get these because I wanted an alternative. My husband has airpods, I have wireless Bose over the ear headphones -- both of which travel with us for work. But I wanted something we could keep around the house that we could both use and that would not break the bank. I'm always a little hesitant with cheaper headphones from a quality and longevity perspective, but thought that I would give these a go.I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm rating these for what they are -- a more affordable alternative to the high end, name brands out there. And for that I give them 5 stars. Are they on the same level? Not quite, but I'm rating them for where they sit on the spectrum, and for an affordable pair of earbuds I'm quite pleased.They charge in the case, which is great. They sit very securely in the case as well which is nice -- they slide right in and the magnetized housing ensures they are snug and safe. The case itself does not just fall open, so you should have no fears of it accidentally opening up and losing your earbuds. The touch controls are easy -- hold for two seconds to turn on or off and touch lightly to pause or continue playing a song. I've had no issues with quality of sound at all (I use these for work calls and to listen to music). Due to the way that the earbuds fit in your ear they do a decent job with noise cancellation. The fit is great for me, I have not had any issues with these falling out at all. The connection is ok, I can almost go from one end of our first story to the other without issues (across about 3 rooms). Anything farther and they start to cut in and out, but the same can be said for the other headphones we use. The battery life has been fantastic, I charged these Friday and have used them for work, casual music listening, and still have quite a bit of battery life left.Again -- these are not high end name brand earbuds so make sure to adjust expectations. However, for a quarter of the price you truly cannot go wrong. These are going to be our at home earbuds and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Instead I do get a really clear sound, enough for listening to music while riding the bus, working out, etc.The bluetooth connection is actually pretty good. Pairing was really simple, just as the instructions stated. I used these paired with my iphone 11 and the bluetooth range was more than the 10m advertised. In fact, I could be in another room of the house than my phone and use the headphones to still listen to music or even make calls. Make sure you do charge these all the way before you first use them - it does make a difference. I tried them straight out of the packaging, and there was a little feedback in the right ear at first, but that disappeared after a full charge.The included instructions are very detailed and can walk you through all the functions and touch commands of the ear pieces. There is a touch surface on the end of each ear piece and different touch gestures allow you to control your music, phone, calls, etc. You can activate siri through a 2 second press of either ear piece. The touch gestures are really nice, but sometimes you have to remember to be careful when adjusting the ear piece in your ear because the sensors are pretty sensitive (yet, nice and responsive at the same time). You can even adjust the volume by double and triple tapping the left ear piece.The case is a little clunky compared to other cases for wireless earbuds. The case will charge your headphones a little bit if it, itself, has some juice left in it. The earpieces stick in your ear for normal activity. Overall, I am pretty pleased with them so far for something of this quality. It serves as a nice alternative to some of the really expensive brands out there.
