I'm 60 yrs old & have had numerous back & hip injuries in my life. Tight, cramping, aching muscles are the norm for me. I do not like taking prescription drugs. Too many OTC pain relievers are just as bad and don't really work. This product, however, is a life changer for me. I found this years ago and have used it since the first day it arrived on my doorstep. I keep it on hand all the time, so I can function and sleep with reduced pain. I won't say it eliminates the pain completely, but it sure makes it manageable. The muscle cramps, spasms and super tightness are definitely relieved. I swear by this stuff.

Chronic pain reliever. I suffer from post polio chronic pain and have since I was a teen. This relieves the pain to a dull roar and also allows me to get a good nights sleep. Would not be without it now.

I use Relax Already at bedtime, and it helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. It calms the mind so that I’m not worrying about the little things.

It could just be a placebo affect, but I take some of these before I go to bed if I worked out during the day. I wake up the next day feeling refreshed with few if any aches. When I don't take them after a hard workout I feel sore the next day. I'm not sure what they are doing, but they seem to help.

I experience daily tense muscles, neck and back spasms. Taking this in hopes of more relaxation. I believe it may be working on some scale but a bit early to tell. Arrived in a timely manner!!

I use it for sleep. It really relaxes me!

This works, however it's extremely pricey. Not sure if I'd buy it again.
