Lovely chair and easy assembly too. This item is just as described and is a great colour navy too.

Needed this as an emergency chair during lockdown. It arrived damaged as i needed it urgently i didn't contact the seller. The velvet was scuffed all down one side. Its not the most sturdy of chairs and makes the most dredful creaking sounds when you sit down or stand up. Its such a shame because it would have been a beautiful chair.

Fitting together easy enough although back side panel one lower than the other and the recline will not go back as far as originally shown or displayed.

Absolutely love this chair. We purchased it for our open plan living room and it looks great. it's a really nice colour and its comfortable both as a reclined version and sitting up. It was easier to assemble and its great value for money. Really pleased with the purchase. We had an issue with one of the chairs and the suppliers were very quick and friendly to resolve! I highly recommend buying this!

Beautiful armchair but unfortunately it was damaged when arrived, but the seller was wonderfull about a refund, brilliant service

The chair to look at us lovely and fits well with our furniture. We suddenly realised that there was a gap between the backand side and on looking find that the wood is split - very bad workmanship. Contacting the seller was told to get it repaired- less than 6 months old. Have been trying to return chair but keep getting told to repair. Now through talking to Amazon Customer service am waiting to see if I get a returns label. I am very frustrated and disappointed with Amazon for not actioning firstly and sort after between themselves and novel4u2

Lovely chair had a problem with this particular chair but the sellers dealt with it efficiently and to my satisfaction.

Moved into new flat and coach would not go in, so brought this to replace it, have to say very easy to put together and very comfortable and nice to use, as a tall guy has made alot of difference to my back.
