I have no idea how long they will last.
These are drill bits. They will last as long as they should, based on how much you use them. Just about every drill bit will wear out due to any/everyday usage. 11-3-22

Good product.....however
I am happy with my purchase, although I will address a few issues. First off, I am pretty certain the drill bit set is not new. The encasement is pretty scratched up & dulled over. Second, when the drill bit set arrived, it arrived with all but two of the drill bits floating around in the mailed packaging & outside of the drill bit encasing. I will add that the encasing has a snap shut feature. With that said, it is not a deal breaker for me, however, it may be a deal breaker for others. My suggestion would be to have some kind of plastic wrapping around the drill bit set prior to being shipped to the customer. :)

Great quality set
First of all, I love the case these come in. They make it much more organized in the garage or in my husband's tool bag he tosses in his work truck. We've used them putting together all of the outdoor sets our kids got for christmas and he's used them a few times for work and so far they're holding up sharpness wise.Would recommend!

Handy case...
This is a nice set. It comes within a sturdy metal case. There is a hole for each size, so it's handy for keeping the bits organized. Each place is labeled and it's easy to see. (He has one set that is labeled, but with the same color as the background. It's super hard to see where what goes.) There's one bit for each size, so no multiples. They're sharp and seem well made. They have a sturdiness to them and he's been pleased with how well they've worked for him.

Well-priced set of titanium drill bits
The Monster&Master Titanium 21-piece drill bit set has all the bit sizes one could want for a hand-held drill packaged in a case that is a little annoying. This drill bit set has everything from a tiny 1/16" bit that ideal for testing stud locations behind drywall to a 3/8" bit that you'll use for large drywall anchors. Almost all handheld drills max out at 3/8" inch anyway, so getting a 1/2" bit in a set is only going to benefit people with drill presses. I tried these bits in a battery operated handheld drill, and in a drill press, and they work well in either instrument.I used these bits to drill into drywall and wood, and thin sheet metal. They work really well - they drill smoothly and cut through quickly. I had always used cheap black oxide drill bits and only recently switched to titanium coated bits in the past two years. What a difference. The extra few bucks is worth it to get the titanium coated stuff as it cuts through so much easier and has longer lasting durability. These Monster&Master titanium bits are no exception. Titanium coating is just better.I wound up going with 4-stars, though, because of the case. The case is metal, which is great for tossing into a tool bag knowing your bits won't be damaged with the rugged metal protection. However, there are two problems. One, I have an old set of Craftsman bits from a decade ago that were in a nearly identical red metal case and over a year or so the case wears out a little and doesn't stay closed that well. There is no sliding lock of any kind. I've only had this bit set for a month, so I don't know about long term durability yet, but I worry the case closing "mechanism" will fail long before the bits wear down. Also, there is a black plastic insert inside the case that keeps the bits in their slots and prevents them from sliding out and bumping into the top of the case and dulling the points. That plastic insert is just loosely positioned in there so that every time you open the case, the black plastic thing partially pops out and annoys me. I used a little crazy glue to affix the plastic insert into the case, but I would have liked to have seen a better solution from the manufacturer. In conclusion, these titanium bits cut well through drywall, wood, and some metal. They are ideal for everyday home improvement projects and are priced competitively for titanium coated bits. The case works to hold everything, but it is a little annoying with that plastic insert and I do worry about the long term durability of the case to readily stay closed in a jumbled bag of tools after a year or two of use.
