I didn't want to wear a gator so I thought maybe a hat to block the sun might work while fishing. I'm pretty satisfied with the hat itself, but I'm not a fan of the face and neck attachment. The installation and removal is not super convenient with the little clips, and the back flap just doesn't seem to lay right. If I could do it again I might get a cheap ball cap with the flaps for the back built in and then maybe wear this hat right over the top of it. As far as my face I may just have to bust out the sunscreen.

Great item for the summer doing yard work. It protected my head and neck. A must for yard work or hiking.

The face part does not look like in the picture and it practically covers your eyes. I couldn’t even use it at all. Other than that the rest Is great. I used it for three months at work and it never let me down

Wore this hat during my 500k road race across Tennessee in July. Perfect hat to wear to keep the sun from beating down on your face as well as the back of your neck. The hat fits perfect with the string inside that helps you tighten it up to your size.The hat is very thin and light weight and easy to fold when you are not wearing it.I highly recommend trying it if you are planning on being out in the sun for a long period of time and want something comfortable.

I wore the hat for eight hours one day and it was awesome I didn’t get burnt on my neck or my face or my ears that was the biggest thing for me highly recommend if you get burnt easy.

Pretty decent

Love this hat. I live in FL and have vitiligo so I have to be very careful about sun exposure. The wide brim keeps the sun off my face except late in the afternoon. The gaiter in back keeps the red neck at bay. Ventilated top helps cool the hottest hothead. I used the face gaiter to block heat from a huge bonfire. Even gardened in the rain. I may buy another in case they aren’t available when I wear this one out.

I haven’t tried the flap or mask, but the brim provides ample protection from the sun. I work outside in the sun and am fair skinned so I burn easily. Wore the hat for the first time today and made it through without a sunburned back of my neck for the first time.

First and foremost, I can't return it. It's too small for my head, when you're bent over it flaps up into your face, the strap at the top that is on your face is way too tight, everything about this hat has been a bad deal. Run away far and fast.

El material se siente bastante bien, es amplio así que cubre bastante del sol. El único "pero" que le pongo es que la tela que va delante (en la nariz) y por la espalda se atoran al sombrero con unos ganchitos de plástico que no se ven muy resistentes. Habrá que se muy cuidadoso con ellos para que no se rompan.

Este sombrero es de muy buen material y protege bastante bien del sol, al usuario el resto de los accesorios que incluye como el para sol para la cara y nuca se complementa excelente la protección contra el sol.

El sombrero es tal como lo ponen pero compre otros de otra marca y mas económicos y me agrado mas la calidad de esos, ademas los seguritos para las telas de la cara y espalda son unos ganchitos de plástico que se sienten muy frágiles, se debe tener mucho cuidado de no jalarlos con fuerza por que se romperían muy fácil.

I bought this to replace my Tilley after I forgot to use the chinstrap and the wind blew it under my lawnmower :-(It's no Tilley but it has neck and face protection which I like.
