I use this in my hot tea; mixes well and does not dilute or cool the tea. Highly recommend for this purpose!

Easily mixes with water...no slimy lumps, nice to have on hand!

I usually only eat organic dairy products, but I needed milk powder to make bread and my bread maker so I bought this. I kind of has that dairy smell which I don’t particularly like. Also, once I open the bag, my recipe only calls for 2 tablespoons and I don’t know how long it lasts Either on the shelf or in the refrigerator. I myself stored in the refrigerator for a few weeks and used it. But I am not a fan of the smell or of using it because it’s not organic I won’t buy it again. I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with it. It is just not my preference.

The taste of this powdered milk (when mixed with the appropriate amount of water) is not nearly as good as Bob's Red Mill brand non-fat powdered milk. This brand is about on the sour side.
