This little guys stacks up with some of my professional lighting gear. While the rgb choices are limited to what’s pre selected, they have a great punch and really stand up on their own. Honestly if you’ve ever worked with an ice light then this is pretty much that In a package I actually like even more. It charges over micro usb which I have a ton of, but you can’t swap batteries. The plus is that as far as I can tell I’ve been able to charge it and use it while plugged in.It’s super easy to use as long as you pay attention to the order the leds swap through. But it’s perfect for a home studio or even traveling as it has its own little bag. I’m. A big photo video guy and this thing found a place in my bag.

I liked this light so much I bought another one. It is a bright battery powered light that performs beyond my expectations for the price. The multi-colored output is fun for light saber battles, but I use the daylight balanced light for shooting auditions and other “at-home” amateur videos. This light would be fine for student films and such, but for any professional work... this light does not have the build quality to stand up to a job where you need dependable ruggedized tools. Most lacking is the USB charge port, which is most likely going to break first. It is by far the weakest part of this device and, despite the value gained from having a USB port as a power receptacle, it is really a poor choice for dependability and reliability.

Bought two of these lights.I want to Love these lights they have been very useful and have acceptable battery life my only problem so far is about a moth into ownership one of the USB terminals in one of the lights has broken and will not longer charge leaving me with only one light... I Will reach out to company to see about a replacement.

I used this light once and it worked fine after receiving it. I haven’t had the need to use it for about a month and a half since then. Went to charge it up and it will not work nor charge nor power up. So basically I paid 70 bucks for this thing to work once. I didn’t imagine that it would only work once so now I’m out of luck I guess and spent 70 dollars on a piece of junk. Do not buy.

Updated 2/3/21: Thanks to amzdeal for the excellent customer service to remedy a less-than-excellent situation with our purchase. Seller quickly honored the 12-mo. warranty (which we didn't know was even available!) and offered several solutions. We ended up taking a full refund, but we were pleased with the other options the seller presented as well.We bought one of these light wands and loved it. Bought a second one to create new and better lighting effects for stills and video – but it stopped working after 2 months. What happened? What's the difference? Disappointed.

This is a really great way to easily add some more dimension to your photos without a giant studio setup. I wish I had two so I can create the orange and teal colour scheme like in brandon woelfel pictures. Other than the ambient lighting behind me i only used the light want and I feel like it created a perfect amount of lighting with such a small form factor!

I got my wands today and tried them out so far they are great. Both come charged up so I was able to turn them on right away. They are extremely bright colors with an array of multicolored shades. Only thing there is not flicker frames to allow the colors to change setting. As a freelance photographer this will come in handy for those shoots that wants to add variety to the scheme great price.

Got this last week, have used it 2 times, it is bright, and a good deal.However we didn't get the "hot Shoe" with it.Its still a good value and small enough to cary around without issues.I'd buy it again if I lost my new one, good job guys
