I made many changes in my diet like adding more protein - fish,eggs and along with those, I had this shake as well. I have seen drastic improvement in my hair growth and texture also. I would say, theres no harm in trying if you have tried everything else. I tried this at the same time I made changes to my diet as well.....so i cant really say which made the difference. As there is no harm, I am continuing to use this for few more months as hair cycle takes time.

Amazing product. I was skeptical before its purchase. But thought to give it a shot. Amazingly my hair fall became much lesser. Earlier after a comb, there used to be a big bunch of hair in the comb and on the floor. After just 2 use, hair fall became lesser.
