Really easy to use. You simply select which area of the body you wish to tone and then use the - or + keys to adjust intensity.The conductive pads included are not as adhesive as they could be, but certainly lasted a couple of days. Supplies of generic pads for this purpose work fine and are easily available. The device is light and can be worn under clothes. I have been using the device for 3 weeks and there are already visible effects to the muscle groups I have been training.

I am disappointed to find that one of the two arm/shoulder pulse units received has stopped working . I have checked to make sure that it is charged but it now does not appear to work as before . This is a fault developed in less than 15 days of receipt. Most unsatisfactory.

The pads attach very well to the surface area of the skin. I have used similar devices before and always found that they dont seem to stick well enough for the duration of using the device. With these this doesnt seem to be the problem. So a thumbs up from me!

Excellent product. Used this during lockdown can see the muscle definition after a week of using daily for 20minutes.You do however need to be on a good diet and continue to exercise as it won’t burn the fat that exercise would.

Sticky pads rubbish but item good I’m using tape to hold item on 😂

Good value for money

I have been using this for a week now & can feel my stomach getting firmer. This is value for for money, and with nor being able to go to the gym this very good.

Excellent product, works quite well with a well balanced diet can definstley see a difference after 2 weeks. Only issue is the sticky pads stop becoming sticky after a first few uses majoritaly on the arms.
