It fits really well, maybe a bit smaller that I thought it would, but the extra hooks helped it fit perfectly. It’s comfortable and breathes enough thanks to the soft inner liner.

This is my second ECOWALSON trainer, I had to size it down but the quality is amazing. I can wear it comfortably all day at work, it conceals very well under most clothing, keeps my posture perfect, and promotes my waist training goals. I closed the 3rd row today (day 3) on xxxs and wish there was an additional size down because I closed it very fast (but I have been training for a few years now). I will have to alternate with my corset at home for tighter cinching, but this is the one for work and sleep. PLEASE MAKE A SMALLER SIZE!

I honestly really like it. The item stayed on my body the whole entire time. I didn't have to adjust it even when we were dancing. I wore this item for a good 5 hours and didn't feel any type of discomfort. If you think that it's too tight on you, don't force it and use a different size.QUALITY:The merchandise has a good quality fabric. You can tell that the hinges are intact and it will take force for anyone to pull these hooks. The garter is pretty stretchy so, if you think that the item is slightly small, you can stretch this without any issues. However, if it's too tight, just get a replacement one that's a size up.NOW THE ISSUE:The only issue I have is my hives. After the party, I removed this around my waist to discover that I had an allergic reaction to this item. If you think that the item is too small, it's really not. This is caused by an allergic reaction to the fabric. I have no idea what's on that that caused me to have this. It's severely itchy and it's painful. This isn't just a regular hive. It's been 4 days and it's there there. It's actually worse than the pictures now. However, I am aware that I am allergic to many things but didn't think that I will be allergic to a fabric. Who knows what they dyed this on. I'm going to take the fault for this since I didn't actually wash it since it arrived the day of the party I needed to attend. Still, if this is happening to my skin, who knows what kind of chemicals this is drenched in.NOTE:I know I am allergic to many things but maybe the company might need to use something else to dye this item to prevent this type of problem. I honestly don't know what can cause this type of irritation on my skin other than GLUE (if there's any) on the garter, or it's the dye. The reason why I'm giving this a 4 star is because it is a good item but very risky to use especially if you have sensitive skin. Washing it might help but I cannot guarantee it. I probably won't try to use this again.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second purchase for this waist trainer, and it is so amazing. I was much smaller when I purchased it the first time I believe I purchased a medium and I ended up shrinking so small that the waist trainer didn't fit me anymore. This time around I ordered a 2X and I had to add the extender for it to fit me, but I am 100% positive that it will shrink my waist and I will be out of the extension and into the regular hooks within the next 3 months, especially if you wear it every day. First off, I ordered the latex one because it has the most support, the inside of it is lined with a almost fleece style material and it does cause you to sweat throughout the day but that is a good thing because you were burning calories. I actually bought it for work for my back because it gives so much support, I am a nurse and I have to lift patients and bend over quite a bit using my back and I recently had a slipped disc so this will definitely prevent any kind of back pain and it will promote good posture. Of course I'm sure you are reading this because you want to know about the quality of the brace for your waist, it definitely snatches that waste in so good you will have no rolls showing, it's very long in the Torso area so I like to push it down on my lower hip close to where my crack is at and it goes all the way up to underneath my breast which is perfect so that they're not roll popping out causing you to have a muffin top. If you're questioning buying it, girl just buy the thing he will not regret it. I suggest getting the latex one because it has the most support, it has metal boning in it to keep shape, and even over time wearing it every day it does not lose shape. I believe the last one I had lasted me about a year and it would last longer but my waist was so tiny I grew right out of it. It definitely runs on the smaller size, my waist is actually about a 3X but I ordered the 2x because I know I'm going to fit in a 2X very soon but I managed to lay down on the bed and squeeze into this one with the extender. Whatever size you're waste is I would order one size larger

I have had about three or four waist trainers over the years and this one is by far the best! I made the mistake of not measuring my torso and unfortunately it is a smidge too long but I only wear it on gym days where I am doing cardio and legs. That way I am not sitting down or bending my body downwards a lot. I had already seen a significant difference in my waist line even when I am not wearing the trainer. I started out with 3 hours a day on the loosest clasp on the extender and have been working my way down slowly. It makes me feel so confident! Beware if you wear a tight fitting shirt as it will make you have fat armpits and a back line where it ends.

This is the best waist trainer! I bought the 25 steel bones one in size medium. My waist measured 35 inches and the medium fits so well with the extender. My abdomen is cinched, smooth and my back is fully supported. My tops don't slide up as the latex on the outer side prevents it. I love it! Would buy again.

Quedé fascinada con la calidad de la cinturilla, los broches son resistentes, ya que existen otras cinturillas donde los broches se empiezan a descoser y el material suele romperse en calidad es bastante buena, yo pedí una talla XS y me quedo súper bien ya que normalmente son talla M ( TAL VES POR LA TALLA QUE YO PEDÍ SENTÍ QUE NO ESTIRA MUCHO, PERO TAMPOCO BATALLÉ PARA PONERLA ) , no lástima y es muy cómoda…

I usually don’t write reviews but this is honestly the best quality waist trainer I have seen. And I have almost spent $300 on waist gang corsets because of the Kardashians and been disappointed.It is very comfortable to wear for longer hours. I done feel the boning poking into my skin, the material is very flexible so when you are sitting it bending, it allows for the easy movement. I am extremely happy with this product.The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you size yourself down . I first ordered the 5x given my waist size which according to the chart was actually 6x . But I ended up returning that as it was too big. I ordered 3x then and it fits , but I should have gone for 2x to really use the extender and use the corset for a longer period.I would give this product 10 stars if I could

Según la tabla de medidas tenía que comprar el 5xl, lo cual me pareció enorme porque uso talla de blusa L o hasta M a veces. Decidí pedir el XL y me queda bien en la primera fila de broches (sin el extensor). El extensor no lo usaré porque no cumpliría el objetivo de quedarme ajustado, pero usaré el corset utilizando todas las hileras de broches que incluye. Si quieren aprovechar al máximo su corset pidan varias tallas menos 😉
