This unit works well. The activate button is a little tricky. I have to press it more firmly and deliberately than I like. Sometimes I press it thinking that it will shut off, and in my rush to finish I have taken it out of my mouth a half second too early, spaying the mirror and floor with water.The pressure (6 settings, I believe) are quite strong. No issues there. I'm happy with the purchase. If you have sensitive teeth you might give warm water a try.I've had it about a month. I don't know how quickly it's eating up the charge, but I haven't had to charge it yet. But I only use it about 3x a week.Maybe a little large to take on a trip.

I have used this water pick for a few weeks now and it’s pretty great! Even after I almost killed myself by shooting water directly up my nose the first time I used it. Do not turn it on before the end is in your mouth. It cleans between the teeth very well and I have completely replaced my string floss with this pick

While it worked it was great, but after 9 months it won’t power on even if charged. No option to contact seller through Amazon. Finestep, if you’re reading this, I’d like a replacement, please. It should be able to last at least a year, don’t you think?

I have had shower dental flosser in the past and this is the first portable unit I have purchased. I am very happy with how this works. It is easy to fill, does a good job, and is easy to store. I highly recommend this to all who are looking for a portable dental flosser.

I have a weird hatred for flossing because I’ve pulled out so many fillings while flossing so my dentist recommended this. I keep it charging in my bathroom. My dentist recommends using it at night and in the shower to avoid a mess.

I was thrilled when my dental hygienist told me there was a portable water irrigator available on the market. I researched and ordered this one. It worked great until now, a little over one year later and it won't work at all. It held a charge for a very long time so I charged it assuming it lost its charge but nope, dead as a doornail! I would expected with less than daily use that this would have lasted longer.

I really like the look, the size and the performance. It has many functions and does what it is supposed to do. I only gave it 4 stars because the "on" button is so very sensitive that the first few times I used it, I pretty much showered my whole bathroom. I am now used to it and would recommend this purchase.
