Small capsules so easy to swallow. Almost but not completely odourless (but then that applies to all 'odourless' garlic capsules of any brand). Taking them with food is best, minimises them repeating on you. Decent product and would recommend.

The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, and the quality of the capsules seems good...However, the claim of being odourless is misleading; the smell is overwhelming from the moment you open the bottle and persists when taking the capsules.I can't comment on the health benefits yet, as I haven’t noticed any significant changes.In terms of value for money, they seem reasonably priced for a 6-month supply, but the unpleasant odor and taste are deal-breakers for me.I won’t be repurchasing and wouldn’t recommend it if you’re specifically looking for a truly odorless option.

There is no positive proof that garlic has any significant health benefits; most of the research has been of a narrative nature. However, the anecdotal evidence points to a reduction in inflammation which can cause heart disease and certain types of cancer. As with any food supplement it is best to stick with the recommended doses so that you don't suffer any side effects, although the only side effect I've ever had from eating garlic (which I do like in the natural state) is bad breath which is not long lasting. On the subject of smell, it is thought by some researchers that the garlic smell is caused by chemicals that actually are good for your health so removing the smell may reduce the health benefits. I decided to try these capsules since they are an oil and should be more easily absorbed than the solid pills available. There is no taste as such if swallowed whole as recommended and I've had no complaints about bad breath. I've chosen five stars on the basis of presentation and ease of use. It is too early to know if they are having any effect on my health and will try to update the review in the course of time if there is any clear evidence, but this might be difficult to ascertain.
