Q: Are these stainless nuts ands bolts.?

No, either zinc plated or Anodized. Stainless while it looks good is quite brittle (shears more easily than hardened steel and has a tendency to gall when installing making difficult to work with.

Q: Id love to buy just the rack without the bolts. Is this possible? Please reply if so and we can discuss.

They offer just the racks as well

Q: How much do the bolts weight?

I'm not sure but quite a lot. maybe 150lbs but they come in a lot of separate boxes so it's manageable. These are pretty good quality I've not had any problem with them. This is a good deal as a starting point if you do a lot of mechanical work. As you can imagine, they get to 8,000 pieces by having a lot of the smaller sizes, You might get 20ea 1/2" but you'll get 200ea 1/4".

Q: Are these made in America ?

Yes the bolts are, bins are Chinese
