Battery charger arrived next day. I'd telephoned SLK to check the warranty and as we needed it urgently the best way to purchase. They said 2 years and order through Amazon. The box contains the wrong instruction leaflet. I purchased lead acid battery and the instructions are for lithium battery. Also states 1 year warranty. I contacted SLK who stated that as I had bought the battery charger from Amazon it was only 1 year warranty. If I had purchased it from them I would have a 2 year warranty. Incorrect advice given on the phone by the company. They said I could return it at my own cost.

The advert for the chargeranual states that it is stated that it would charge all lead acid including AGM &GEL but when it arrived the manual state sit is for lithium batteries ony

I originally gave SLK a 1 star review as I was pretty annoyed when I received the item and it was different from that originally ordered. Turns out that the item was an updated version of that ordered. Have therefore updated my rating as SLK were pretty easy to contact and item was received really quickly.A

I am charging my scooter as we speak and the charger is not too noisy and works fine. This is a 24v 5a which my scooter uses. This can be used on all equipment with these specifics. Always check manual to see what your scooter needs. I can recommend this charger. The company whom I spoke to were excellent with their customer services and the charger was quick to arrive.

Great charger for my wife’s and my own mobility scooter batteries

Bought this by mistake doesn't work on my scooter. My mistake didn't realise it was for a normal battery I have different batteries on my scooter so don't know if it works or not.
