Easy to put on to glasses ear section and adjust for fit. It will take a day or two to find the right distance from the end of your glasses’ arms / ear hooks to give best combination of security and no pinching behind the ears. Worth doing this as once you have the “sweet spot” your glasses feel secure and comfortable. Bonus is that they should then remain at the correct focal length for your prescription to work best! Found this to be a great added advantage. Coach and play sports so these are a useful addition / alternative to a full around the back of the head retaining strap. Have worked the pads with some heavy hitting boxers and for once I was able to keep my glasses on rather than taking them off as they stayed secure despite the amount of impact coming up through my arms and the constant movement at speed around the ring making it easier to watch for technical and movement errors. When running during football sessions, etc. my glasses don’t slide or come off. You get four in a pack so great to have spares even if you have a number of pairs of glasses. I have glasses that slip down when I am doing yoga or bending down so these have revolutionized my life. They hold my glasses on my head in downward dog and don't slide. They are comfortable to wear and blend into my black frames and are hidden behind my ear by my hair. A great invention!

This is one of the best purchases I made. My glasses frame used to keep coming down and I had to constantly put it back in position. This silicon holders are a must have if the frame is a bit looser than normal. It's very comfortable even using it throughout all day.
