JanomeNeedle Threader for All Models

I don’t own a Janome, but this is a basic needle threader that works for all my sewing machines and sergers.

This accessory was a complete waste of money. I have no problem following instructions so there must have been something wrong or missing with the item I received, and since there were only a couple left at the time I ordered mine, I didn’t bother asking for a replacement. I tried so many times, referring to the instructions in case I missed something. i NEVER got close. It looked like the part of the accessory that was supposed to engage in the eye of the needle was too flexible or weak to do the job. After spending a lot of time, much too much time (I don’t give up easy), I finally threw the thing in the basket out if frustration and handthreaded the machine. I do NOT recommend this accessory. I purchased the needle threader because I was having a problem with the needle threader on my sewing machine. This tool was, in my opinion, a little clumsy, but it did the job. My sewing machine is fixed now, but I keep this tool handy because the opposite end of the tool holds the needle perfectly for replacing the old needle. My large hands are rather clumsy and don't fit in the space that they have to be to insert the new needle and I have not really been happy with other tools I have tried, but this tool makes changing needles easy.I now see other tools like this one except cheaper, but this one worked for me so I am not going to take away any stars for the higher price.

I think I like it but Amazon put their sticker right over the instructions and I am having an issue with getting it off without tearing the writing.

Discovered that either needle eyes are getting smaller, or my eyes are getting older. Turned out to be number two, so this is just what you need to easily thread those serger or sewing machines now. Works perfectly.

It's ok for cotton threads. I bought this for better polyester threads and it shreds the thread instead of helping it through the needle.Janome should fix the design of the needle threader on their machines. It is dreadful and does not work at all.

I have spent literally hours and hours reading the directions while trying to use this threader. No go. Had to just eyeball it. Very disappointed. Still looking for a front to back not a side threader.

I have vision problems that makes threading my embroidery and sewing machine difficult. This tools solved all my issues. It is very easy to use when you get the hang of it.
