Seems to work well to settle a dodgy tummy.
There are so many products out there to support your dogs gut health, it makes choosing one to get near impossible, and I have over the years, tried many different ones myself. The most effective was, without a doubt, a medicine for cows, but unless you are a farmer it is impossible to get hold of. I found Cadoc to be a really decent substitute, my dogs generally have pretty good stomachs but now and then one of them will most likely eat something they shouldn't and their tummy isn't quite strong enough to deal with it. Cadoc really helps to settle the stomachs quickly and efficiently. It also tastes pretty good, well I'm relying on my dogs for that information as I have not tried it myself.

Very tasty but I've read a several alarming studies on Enterococcus faecium
My lab tells me that this is really delicious. He has a pretty disgusting habit of eating poo from other dogs, particularly those who are fed fish. So I regularly give him prebiotics, probiotics and enzymes on rotation to support his gut. He never gets diarrhoea so I can't comment on it's effectiveness there. All I can say is that he loves it.However, I've just read a number of alarming articles and studies on Enterococcus faecium. I'm no scientist, and do not understand all the big words, but the general gist as far as I can see is that this bacterium is becoming a problem in hospital environments. You can of course do your own research - I really don't know enough other than to flag it here for you to make your own mind up. Hence the 3 star review. This extract is the easiest to understand, from Wikipedia:Enterococcus faecium is a Gram-positive, alpha-hemolytic or non-hemolytic bacterium in the genus Enterococcus. It can be commensal in the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals, but it may also be pathogenic, causing diseases such as neonatal meningitis or endocarditis.

doggie tummy tablets
my 12 year old furry baby has developed a really growly tummy - its honestly so loud its crazy, it doesn't seem to bother her but the noise bothers me as I worry what's going on inside her.she takes this easily as I just add it to her food or mix it in with some cheese spread - her tummy doesn't seem to be as loud or growly since and at just over £10 is much cheaper than a vet visit

Seems to make a difference so far
I'm not sure on the overall effectiveness of this for larger dogs but for my little old chap it's making a difference for the better for him. He's developed a new hobby of scrounging for crumbs on his walks, acting like he's never had a treat and scoffing anything he can which is a difficult thing to prevent 100% of the time. He's well fed, in tip top shape, he just seems to like this gross rubbish eating but it does sometimes come back on him as he can be a bit off when he goes to toilet. This definitely helps and it's good to have on hand. For the most part we can stop him taking from the ground in the park or on a walk but there's no harm in being prepared and realistic!

Has Made a Difference
My mum has a 14 year-old little dog called sam, he's little a little barrel and if he could he would eat the whole contents of the cupboard. He still waddles around and jumps up and down for an old boy and loves playing with his toys. But in his yonder years his digestive system hasn't been the best and after trying different things like changing his diet this didn't do much to help. However after seeing this I thought it would be perfect to try as it sounds like exactly the push he needs. I have seen a difference recently after giving it him. I hide it in his food and he seems to not make a fuss which helps. But whether this carries on to help is remained to be seen but things are promising at the moment.

Helped
Caught my dog yet again eating bird poop off the garden :( it always gives him a bad tummy/upset stools I get fed up of going round in circles with him when he does this so I tried this liquid on him added some to his food and no upset tummy! My other girl got a bad tummy for another reason & this sorted her out within hours. Very handy for dog owners to have around.

Noticed a difference in my dogs bowel movements and overall well being
This feed supplement for dogs has Enterococcus faecium, which contains micro-organisms which support the intestinal flora and general good health. The lactic acid-forming germ Enterococcus faecium survives the gastric passage undamaged and can therefore multiply rapidly in the small intestine and thus provide maximum effectiveness. This improves food digestion, and helps to stabilise gut flora levels. CADOC Nature Exclusive Bowel ProActive is ideal for pets with gastrointestinal tract problems, especially those caused by stress, antibiotics, feed intolerance, or changes to diet. The natural lactic-acid-producing germ Enterococcus faecium quickly and colonises the intestinal mucosa like a protective shield, preventing harmful germs from attaching themselves to the intestinal villi.Great for my dog. Anything that is going to improve the well being and functioning of my dogs I bet workings is a yes for me.My dog is a nervous dog and this can impact on his ability to go to the toilet easily and regularly.DJ ce he has started using this product I have seen an improvement in his ability to have a normal looking bowel movement.I’m pleased with the results.

Great For Supporting the Gastrointestinal System
This bowel support supplement works mainly through the enterococcus faecium which forms very health lactic acid which then creates a protective shield to help support and stabilise/maintain healthy glut flora - very useful for helping out the gastrointestinal system when dealing with unavoidable intolerances, stress induced intestine issues or recovery from antibiotics. It's very effective and relatively fast acting and as you only need to administer one teaspoon per day, which you can do either directly onto the tongue or by mixing it in with a snack/very small meal, it's pretty good value too. Definitely recommend trying if you're experiencing any of these issues and have eliminated other factors through a vet.
