Easy to assemble and use. The directions for exercises came in another language so I just got online and looked some up. I hate going to the gym and was looking for something to do at home. I like that you can find moves to work out every part of your body. Good workout!

Not enough resistance to have an effective workout. Should have just went for one that is adjustable. Somewhat disappointed because the concept is good. The cords are just too long to few resistance
