The Charles Rennie Mackintosh Colouring Book

This arrived warped. It was left in the rain and felt damp inside the package. However, from the delivery photo, it appears it was already warped in the package. The product itself was not as expected. It was not what I expect as a colouring book.

I am a new fan of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the colors on the cover caught my eye. The book is a generous size - 10x10" and contains 48 pages. The images are on the front and back of each page and the page itself is very sturdy. One could use markers or watercolor without bleed through or ghosting to the other side. The artist has creatively rendered beautiful images in line drawing form of Macintosh's work. I am an artist myself and have used the book as inspiration for my own drawings. I am happy to have seen and purchased this book. I was distraught to have spilled a glass of water on my carpet and the book soaked the water up overnight. To my amazement the book is no worse for the water damage. That may reflect on the quality of the paper.

Purchased this as a present but the front cover was all ripped, so have to look for something else as I can't give this
