Dangerous and dare not use at all.
There were sparks coming out from the controller when I first used it. Not reliable at all. Dare not to use. The controller is like plastic toy. Cheap quality. Is better I use back the expressions brand which I have been using and so good. I thought to give a try to this brand but its truly dangerous. Absolutely not worth.

Stopped working.
Initially worked fine for few days. Now just using it as an additional layer on mattress. Good thing is, it helped me during peak cold days. 👍

bad quality electrical set up which fused on 1 use
First of all i ordered 4 from which only 1 came with a bill of 4.Then the one which was sent, fused on first use and gave a bad smell of burning.Now i cant return it and am left with an amount of money wasted.would suggest to not buy this product and perhaps look at other brands

Value for money
It's doing the work it was bought for, and quite nicely.The control unit could be a bit more sturdy, and calibrated properly. At times the numbers don't quite settle in the window.Value for money though....
