Just received my package and the sword was missing unfortunately

The figure looks cool. But they sent me one with quite a bad imperfection on the nose. It really stands out 😑

The item came in as in pictures,already opened and with both shipping and item boxes damaged. To also add an high note,one of the guns is missing...Very very disappointed,figure is anything but new
