How to use: Step 1: Put lotion or massage/cupping oil of choice directly on the affected areas Step 2: Choose the size cup that best fits your current need. Black: Larger coverage area, low-medium suction ability. Red: Medium coverage area, medium-high suction ability. Black facial: Small coverage area, low-high suction ability Step 3:Put the cups on the skin. Gentle press down on the cup to create adhesion to the skin with the desired amount of suction. Squeeze the side of the facial cups before adhering to the skin to attain similar results. Step 4: Allow cup time on skin. Option to gentle massage cup in circular or linear motions for 5-10 minutes to release pressure over a larger area.
