I bought this for my girlfriend after the passing of our 13 year old chiweenie. This actually gave her closure. It's not heavy, well constructed, and looks beautiful. It holds enough ashes. A little is enough. She loves it, and feels better having her baby close to her heart. It was priced cheap. But it is priceless to her. And she can wear it anywhere, though she will never take it off. I highly recommended this to anyone in a situation similar to ours. Loss of a pet can be so hard, this does lighten the load.

I've been wanting to find a way to share the remains of a beloved dog who passed at age 14. The kids had him as part of the family for all of their growing up lives. My daughter was thrilled with this gift - it is a beautiful product. I've kept Pal's remains in a box by my bed for five years. It was difficult to take his remains out and distribute them - but I knew it would mean a lot to my children to have a bit of him. The product is well-equipped with a small funnel and a pin device to help push the remains into the pendant. I had not considered that his remains would not be so finely ground that this would be an easy process. I got "some" of Pal into the pendant, but it became a disturbing process - and I ended up putting some into the small ziploc provided in the box. I just didn't think about the logistics of having to take out his ashes and then find they were not small enough to fit in the jewelry.Otherwise, a beautiful item.

My daughter picked this out to carry some cremains of our sweet kitty gone too soon. Within a week, the chain broke! Thankfully, the pendant was not lost. I've replaced the chain with an extra I had.

First time I tried to put it on the chain broke so I’m guessing it was already coming apart. I lost my 17year old boy and to have him fall off of my neck was heart breaking.

It's nice for the price. What you see is what you get. Was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but overall I'm happy with it.

I could feel the grittiness from the engraving. Have tried and tried to polish and smooth. Poor quality looking necklace. I reordered better one. I say just do the charm and forget the necklace. And polich your work.
