Doctor Who Ceramic Coffee Mug - 13th Dr. Design - 11 oz

The mug itself is great, however. Nowhere on the packaging does it tell you that it is a non microwaveable item. That's important information that needs to be somewhere on the actual mug, or the box it comes in. Not just the Amazon listing.It has a stong chemical smell after microwaving, so drinking from it could be toxic.Luckily, I don't think my mug suffered any damage from the microwave.

This mug disappoints for two reasons: first, it arrived with three obvious manufacturing defects in the glaze on the back side, one of which appeared to be badly patched. Second, the seller’s description clearly says it is dishwasher- and microwave-safe, but printed on both the mug and its tag was the instruction, “HAND WASH ONLY - DO NOT MICROWAVE”. Not giftable with the defects, and not usable by me without being at least microwave-safe. It’s going back, and I probably will not buy another product from this manufacturer (Se7en20) or this seller (River Colony Traders).

Good quality - so far so good. In case you plan on gifting it, it came packed in a plain brown small cardboard box securely held by two styrofoam inserts, not a display box adorned with graphics, but it will be easy to gift wrap. Subjectively, at 12 ounces it's smaller than the big 18 and 20 ounce mugs I'm used to, but its graphic was the one constantly calling to my Whovian sensibilities - the algorithm got me on this one.

This is great and fun but the problem is that the white "DOCTOR WHO" on top of the heat-sensitive wrap is already starting to come off despite being used and hand-washed only three times so far. I bought it more for the wrap than the modern Doctor Who logo, so I am disappointed in the level of quality but not displeased with the product overall.

It's basically a regular mug with a sticker that reacts to heat. After a few uses the sticker is already cracking and peeling. The only reason we have this mug is because our toddler son hit the one click button. Not worth the money. For what it cost you'd expect the image to be painted on the mug itself not printed on a sticker.

This mug his perfect for tea and the colors are gorgeous. It's a nice heavy mug that feels good in your hand, not one of those "cheap" feeling this mugs. When I ordered it, the site said it was out of stock, but I received it much quicker than I expected! My sister will love it!

This might is/was Wonderful...until I soaked it for too long and a huge chunk just broke right off the side when I applied pressure to scrub around the rim. Probably not a huge problem for most people. Just don't let it sit in dishwater for too long before washing it out. 😟

This item is exactly what it looks like. It's cute, but small in size. It's hand wash only and not microwaveable. Just a heads up. But again, the design it cute and it's sturdy.

11 oz if you're planning to blbe scalded.Not for microwave. That fact I missed, but useless regardless.Delivery by Pitney Bowes at 1350 hrs according my door cam, but not at according to my profile... Tracking of packages is not a true reflection.

I love this Mug, it's twice the size of my other coffee cup, I love the heat mug keeps my coffee warmer twice as long as usual, the design is great,I recommend even for the mildest of Doctor Who fans.Absolute must for any Doctor Who fan.

Took a little while to arrive but arrived as described. A cute mug!
