I have had this glass ring for a season and it has worked perfect. No glass stains at all.Flames hardly blow in the wind. The company is also excellent with Customer Service. The Glass ring has small rubber feet that somehow disappeared when I moved the glass and pit a week ago. I called the cpompany and they l;ooked up my odrder and sent out two new feet to replace the missing ones. I was ready to pay for the feet but they were shipped and replaced free of charge. That is the way to service your custormers. The glass they sell is also first class. Still very clean and looks like new after a year. Also first rate

We recently bought our first gas fire pit and it became immediately clear we needed a flame wind guard. We ended up going with the Celestial 23" x 6" model based on the glowing reviews of 85% five star and 10% four star - that's pretty high. This was the most expensive model compared to others but others also had too many instances of shattering glass so we opted to pay the extra $$ as I don't mind paying for high quality. The guard arrived in one day and it was very well packaged. The quality seems to be excellent and so far (only used once) it works very well. We decided to go with the 6" model as the 8" model seemed like it was going to be overkill in height and we're happy we went with the 6" as it works just fine for the level we run the flames at anyway. So, why four stars vs. five stars? Assembly. In the end, assembly was not all that hard but what threw me for a loop was that the connectors radius (we bought the round model) did not appear to line up correctly with glass radius - see photo example. As we assembled the glass panels together with the screws loose (as instructed), when we got to the last glass panel it would not fit at all! It seemed that the connector pieces were perhaps for a smaller diameter guard? In the end we forced them into the connectors and tightened down the screws "as tight as they will go" per instructions and the unit held together although I will say that it freaked me out a bit tightening down those screws at those off-angles as I kept expecting the glass to shatter. It is possible that these off-angles of the connector pieces is by design and made that was so the glass will hold together better and if that is the case then a simple warning with photo on the instructions would have gone a long way toward alleviating our concerns and bumped this review up to five stars. I'll report back with more use and any issues if they arise. I'm hoping the manufacturer will chime in about the mismatched radius concerns.

I originally purchased a Vevor wind guard and had to return it twice. A panel on the first one shattered when I took it out of the foam packaging. The second one kept falling apart. This is Celestial wind guard is far superior product, and I'm very happy with it.

Looks like it's solid when assembled, but assembly is a bit tricky. Here are some tricks that will make your life much easier for that side then happy use...1. Make sure that all of the screws in the brackets are loose, best if the silicon pad is even with the inside surface of the bracket, but be careful as going slightly looser and the screw will fall out. Also be careful if the screw falls out as the silicon pad can come out of the end of the screw. If that happens push is in using a flat surface like a counter top.Do your assembly indoors in case a screw comes out.2. Assemble it upside down! Put two pieces together using a top bracket to hold it in place and very lightly set the screws so there is minimal pressure on the glass, then move around the circle, using only the top brackets to hold the glass in place. Push the glass as tight into the midline of the bracket as you can and again for each screw tighten very lightly.3. Now go around adding the foot brackets between each glass piece and lightly tighten each screw. When all are in place, take a tape measure to ensure you have a circle (measure across from bracket to bracket).4. Once all of the brackets are in and you have a circle, then go around the unit gradually tightening the screws. Don't try to tighten each one down fully. Tighten slightly, go to the next bracket, repeat and then start the sequence again. This will prevent any glass from fracturing and keep everything aligned and symmetrical.Updated report after two uses. First, it works like a charm. We had a warm day (50 degrees) but windy (15-18 mph). Performed great. Second a word or caution. Almost lost one of the rubber feet moving the wind guard. Going to use some high temp adhesive to secure them in place.

This item arrived from the US very quickly and arrived a week before it was as due. Customs fees and everything are included in the price, so their was no hassle my end. Item arrived very well packaged and the glass fits our fire pit well and it was a great price. We are really pleased, thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.

I disliked the fact parts were missing 4linear connectors and. 4 cylinder feet can these be sent to me .

Beautiful product, well made, delivered fast, excellent for wind, makes our little fire look so elegant only complaint is a little hard to get perfectly lined up. I have a little OCD so I like it to be perfect, when trying to tighten the screws in position, you go in circles trying to make it perfect😁🙃or perhaps I'm doing something wrong.... But love it just the same 👍😊

Packaged very well and very easy to put together. Just follow the supplied instructions. Make it upside down first, tightening just enough to hold together. Flip it over and slightly loosen the clamps then do the top clamps. Again, don’t tighten too much right away. Once it is holding together, measure the diameter at each clamp to make sure it’s even. Gradually tighten all around little by little each time, checking the diameter as you go. Takes 20 minutes at most to put together. Looks great and is a perfect circle
