Get ready to be flushed
Whoa, talking about flushing…holy Batman and Robin. I wasn’t ready for the itching, hot skin and the feeling of an allergic reaction. It was everything that I ready about. For me it lasted about 30 minutes. It’s a weird feeling but that what flushing is. I really hope this can help lower my blood pressure and any other benefits Naicin is known for. Be warned, this stuff is very potent. If you’re not ready for the flushing effects, then you shouldn’t buy this.

Buyer beware of Allergic reaction
WARNING!! Within about 20 min of taking one pill, I felt my ears and check burning and my face turn red, with an itching sensation. That feeling slowly progressed down my body. I contacted the GNC number and a representative expressed that such reaction was a side effect that sometimes happen.I have taken my usual multivitamin pack for years, which contains 82 mg and is 513% of the daily recommended dosage, and never experienced this side effect. This is a 500 mg pill, which is over 2500% of the daily recommended. Bottom line, this pill is too big to start experimenting with.I have heard good things about Niacin, so maybe I need to get smaller pills or break each pill in 4 and make each 1/4 a daily dosage.

Product is strong!
I usually take niacin as a part of my supplement routine but this one was super strong!Within minutes of taking it I started feeling hot and itchy (normal when experiencing a niacin flush) this lasted for about 1 hour before I felt ok again.If you’re ok with the flush you will be ok with these. I usually try to find flush free, slow release niacin which I personally prefer.All in all the vitamin size is good and easy to swallow, they’re affordable and does what it’s supposed to do.

Great for lowering blood pressure
I take 1 tablet at bedtime for about 3 weeks, blood pressure has gone down and I seem too sleep better, yes they do cause flushing and minor body aches.
