Powerful Jasmine Fragrance
This is the third Circcell skincare product I've tried and, while the other two smelled earthy and natural, this has an overwhelming perfume-y aroma. I love luxury facial oils and, customarily, I enjoy fragrance in my skincare, but this honestly smells like it should be worn as perfume. The smell comes from a combination of rose and jasmine, but not surprisingly, it's the sultry, pungent jasmine scent that steals the spotlight. It's seriously powerful. In terms of consistency, this is very much a traditional facial oil (as opposed to the more modern "dry" formulas). It feels lightweight, yet it still sits on the skin creating an extremely visible greasy sheen that doesn't absorb, even after twenty minutes. Even if you're okay with the scent, I would strongly suggest reserving this for nighttime use only as it makes the skin look unattractively greasy, not merely dewy. If this wasn't quite so costly, I might be willing to cut it a bit more slack but the performance doesn't really justify the expense, particularly there are so many moderately priced oils out there that do a superior job.

Strong long lasting fragrance, good on dry skin, okay on oily, absorbs slowly
I really like facial oils for my excessively dry cheeks and neck, so I had high hopes for this.I really did not care for the fragrance here. I know it's supposed to smell like jasmine and rose, but it reminded me of generic baby oil. It also seemed to last entirely too long. An hour later I could still smell it.Since it's too oily looking to use as a day oil, I only used it at night. I really liked how it worked on the dry parts of my combination skin, and it wasn't too bad on the oily parts. However, even directly after showering it stayed on my face for a long time. If I stayed up reading for an hour, I could still feel it. It looked fine in the morning, but it might be because it ended up on my pillow. At a hundred and sixty-five bucks this just did not perform up to expectations. I've found a similar product that barely has any fragrance, works as well and costs fifty percent less. I had high hopes, but I can't purchase this in the future, and unfortunately can't recommend it.

Strongly scented, face looks slick
I really wanted to love this product because I am constantly looking for ways to improve my skin, but it wasn't my favorite. Its over-scented in my opinion, I would rather it have no scent at all. It also makes my face look so slick (I realize it's an oil) but my fiance asked me why my face was wet the first time I used this. I'll keep trying it out to see if I notice improvements, but so far it hasn't worked any miracles!

Circcell Extraordinary Facial Oil 1 ounce
This facial oil is surprisingly quick to be absorbed without any greasy feeling. And it is improving hydration which in turn improves the appearance of my skin. Directions on the product page are to apply 5 drops from the one ounce bottle with the dropper dispenser onto the face. Another 5 drops may be applied to the neck and décolleté. Directions on the product say to use a full dropper but 5 drops are plenty for my use.It has a fragrance reminiscent of a jasmine/rose blend and since florals are not a favorite the scent isn’t a plus, but that is subjective. The ingredients include soybean oil, sunflower oil, sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba and meadowfoam and macadamia seed oils along with an assortment of botanical extracts. I appreciate that the product is cruelty-free. So far very pleased.

Mixing it with an unscented face cream to help tone down the strong fragrance.
A little goes a long way, which is good since it isn't cheap. I prefer to use this at night time, since it's not like a dry oil that absorbs quickly. If I were to try and apply my makeup over this, it would get cakey, so night time works best. I do like how it makes my skin look and feel but the fragrance is pretty potent for being a face oil. I have found that mixing it with a very light unscented face cream helps. It tones down the fragrance some to make it easier to wear without the scent becoming too overwhelming.

A nice face oil but overpriced in my opinion
I'm a skincare addict and while I love the smell of the rose/jasmine notes in this oil if you're using this simply for the benefits of vitamin c and olive oil you can fine a ton of oils under 30 that do the exact same thing without the designer price point. It is a good oil and it does soak into the skin for maximum absorption but it retails for a little over $150 at the time I'm writing this and I get products made in america cost more and this is luxury skin care but for the size of this bottle it's a bit steep. It does its job but I couldn't make myself buy another bottle of this after I ran out.

Seems very nice
I wish I loved this more, because it has a beautiful ingredient list. I am not sure sure how I feel about this at the moment. It smells like gardenia and jasmine which translates into a perfume fragrance that reminds me of something that a 50+ year old lady might be more drawn to. I’m a young 37, and I still like smelling like something good to eat, Rather than vintage perfume.

Not for me
For the price of this, I'm not super impressed. My first introduction to facial oils was a few years ago, when I tried a cheap oil that left my face looking shiny and feeling greasy. This gives the exact same feeling. The smell is also super strong.
