Somewhat disapponting
I have other DVD’s by this teacher and enjoyed them but this one was quite repetitive. There seemed to be very few movements overall. I am glad I didn’t try to buy what are doubtless expensive sticks but made use of some light weights I happened to have. He uses the weighted sticks for about half the time and the rest is done with empty hands. If his are weighted I can’t see how kitchen wooden spoons would suffice as he advises. One complaint overall on this and other DVD’s is that he is too lax and says he doesn’t mind if you get it wrong. Surely getting it right is important for not pulling muscles etc.
