Samuel Lamont& Sons 706Cr Poli Dri Tea Towel, Cherries

The first organizer arrived with the corners broken, so it was returned and a new one sent. The second one arrived in perfect condition but without any mounting hardware. Long discussions with Amazon to discuss correcting this problem were exacerbated by lack of any information on the Seller and Shipper. All I wanted was the mounting hardware - not to have to return it all again. I agreed to keep it and find my own hardware and Amazon offered a credit. I wrote a 1st review - which does not appear - and shortly after got an email from the Seller/Supplier asking if I'd like the package of screws. YES! 2 weeks later I receive them and the organizer is now mounted and holding all my girls nail polish. Happy with the end result - very unhappy with the process. Would not order from this Seller again.

The rack arrived promptly, wrapped in bubble wrap with a plastic peel off sheet on it to protect it from scratching. However the shelves (which pop in and out) came already inserted in the acrylic frame. Because it was shipped like this two of the shelves were damaged. The small plastic bits that hold the shelves up were missing. I fixed the missing bits with some superglue as I didn't want to hassle with sending it back to potentially have the same thing happen with another one (or have one that was damaged worse based on some of the other reviews I read). Had the shelves not been inserted into the base and wrapped separately I don't think this would have happened. That being said, it holds the polish and looks pretty. I'm hesitant to mount it to a wall until I'm sure the superglue is going to hold.

So the package arrived on time with prime. It was wrapped in a ton of bubble wrap but it was still broken on the top right corner and bottom left corner inside the shelf. When I went to try and return it, they said that I can return it get a refund 2 days after its received back at the warehouse and can choose to re-order it again. so instead of going threw all that trouble I'm just going to either hot glue it or super glue it. It should be fine since its not damaged anywhere near the mounting holes. I've also read a few reviews about people complaining it wasn't CLEAR. It is clear there is a light blue plastic covering to prevent it from scratches and what not. so for those of you who wrote that, just peal it off.

The woven jacquard cherries are pretty but the red color is not nearly as vivid as it appeared in the online photographs. Even less attractive, instead of the towel being a black and white lattice pattern, it is navy blue and white. The photos online made it appear black and white. Not nearly as attractive as pictured, and I think the company needs to look at getting their colors more accurate, or the description detailed enough that this bit of information is included. That being said, the towels are good quality and very absorbent. But for the cost of these particular towels, I wish they had represented the colors accurately. I will keep them, but I will probably not order from this company again as I don’t know what color I will actually be getting.

Very pretty well made but pricey

The towels are standard towels. I was willing to pay the price b/c I thought they matched my themed kitchen with the colors & print. But the picture is deceiving. The lines are navy blue, not black. They should state that in the description. And the cherries are more faded &older looking than it looks here. I just don’t think $13 for 2 small dish towels is worth it. I was paying for the design & feel deceived about that. Other than that they are just standard terry cloth towels.

I got this product despite the reviews saying theirs came broken. When I got mine, it too was broken. However, it wasnt so bad as to go through the hassle of returning it. I busted out my hot glue gun and stuck it back together (both of the top side slats were broken off--about a square-inch chunk on both). It had no mounting equipment, but luckily I had some laying around. It does do a wonderful job of holding/displaying my nail polishes though! Too bad it didnt reach me in one piece.

The other comment is true, the color is not black but blue which is the exactly reason I wanted it. This is my second towel from them. They are cute and absorbent, clean easily. I hope they make more of these fruit ones like they use to.
