Awesome product and buying experience
After purchasing and trying it out, I went back and purchsaed 3 additonal ones ( for each of my daughters).The reviews are correct about the speed of the machine, but for daily facial use it is just perfect. It was exactly what I needed to gently exfoliate and wash my face. If your looking for a product that gently cleans, exfoliates and gives soft skin this is the product for you. Also, the shipping and buying experience was awesome. I shipped to different locations and they all got there right on time!

No regrets!
It does the job. It's has quite a bit of torque for such a small device...just keep the batteries charged! I use panasonic rechargeable batteries...it's saves me tons of money on batteries!

This buffer is not too ruff.
it's ok,.. great for removing makeup and deep face scrubbing without being too ruff.it's just a rotating pad, it does not oscillate so you need to keep you hand moving.

I got one for my birthday and liked it so much I got my teenage daughter one. I dont use the pumice though.

I over exfoliated like an idiot but it's great other than my face lol my bad. The different heads all work fantastically. It earned a permanent place in my shower
