More important than breathing
The media could not be loaded. Our French bulldog has chosen this toy in favor of breathing so it must be good.

Garbage
Didn’t last 20 minutes and my dogs are labradoodles.... 5yrs old 26 lbs and 2 month old puppy. I was excited for this product but then became very concerned for my dogs health.

Keeps dogs entertained for a long time
My dogs love this! I have a lab and an Australian Shepherd. This was recommended to me by my sister who has two Boarder Collies. This is great for heavy chewers and a good distraction for a period of time. One dog has has figured it out so his disk gets pushed to the lower level. I sometimes put a little peanut butter inside instead of the disk. The Australian Shepard likes to carry it around even though it is fairly heavy. I didn’t read the instructions at first and the disks definitely pop in easier if they are slightly wet first by rinsing under the faucet. I would highly recommend for active dogs that you need to keep busy when gone or just for some peace.

Nowhere near “everlasting”
Jakey boy was able to virtually destruct this toy before I finished dinner !! I fed him, gave him his new toy so he could enjoy “hours of interactive chewing challenge”.To my surprise he’d already chewed several chunks off this toy before I could excuse my grandkids from the dinner table !!Yes he’s a puppy, 11 mo. old lab, but I really expected this toy to live up somewhat better to its advertising.

SURPRISINGLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STYLE!
I feel I need to change my original review. After 5/6 times of my BichPoo playing with this Everlast Treat Sprocket the rubber material has lost some of its elasticity. The flavor disk doesn’t stay inside the rubber circles holding area. It’s a choke hazard for our dog.I couldn’t figure out how the disk was getting out of the toy after I placed it just shortly before that. If it’s wet at all ( which is how the directions tell you to place the disk). Then it takes no time at all to pop out. Sadly, I had to take it away and replace it already. It was hard to tell at first how it was happening. So I did a short trial with her and the toy. It popped out of the toy pretty easily. The rubber isn’t showing any signs of wear that would indicate its breaking down. I’m disappointed in this style. STARMARK HAS ALWAYS MADE QUALITY PRODUCTS. I’d buy from them again. Just not this style.

Keeping the puppy busy...finally!
We have an energetic, very lively 5-month old lab-mix puppy who absolutely exhausts us. We love him to death, but every waking moment with him is a constant battle of keeping him from chasing the cats, chewing the wall, trying to eat the dining chairs, etc. We've tried distracting him with bully sticks and other chews, but he tears through them too quickly to give us more than 2 minutes of peace. I gave him this toy tonight and I have been happily sitting on the couch for at least 30 minutes without interruption! He is so entertained, tossing the ball around, and seems to have made basically no dent in the treat! Absolutely love this treat for giving me some moments of sanity!!!

My dogs love them, I wish I did too.
My dogs LOVE these! I really want to love them too. They make a HUGE mess whether it's my strong chewer or doxies chewing on them. I didn't realize you have to get them wet to get them into the disk, and then wait for it to dry before giving it to the dogs. No biggie other than I drove myself crazy for awhile before finally looking it up on YouTube. The issue with the disks getting slippery when wet is that even though they're dry when the dogs get them, they get wet fairly quickly from the licking and chewing. I've had to fish a disk from my dog's mouth more than once when it got slippery enough to pop out. Maybe I have the wrong size for my doxies as it hasn't happened on the bigger one. I only let them have them for about 20 minutes, 30 minutes tops. So far the disks have lasted two to three chewing sessions, so the durability isn't worth the money to me. I will purchase again, but only rarely and only because the dogs really do love them. I wouldn't recommend leaving dogs unsupervised whike chewing.

Dogs love it!
Bought one at our local pet store for our 7 month old goldendoodle that is chewing everything. Then our German Shepherd ended up with it so we bought another one on Amazon. Let me just day, your dog will love it. Our 7 year old German Shepherd doesn’t play with toys - until this one. So now they both have one and absolutely love it. Con is the chicken inside was gone within 20 minutes. Cannot afford to replace the chicken. Instead we shove peanut butter w-a-y at the bottom which keeps them entertained for maybe another 10 minutes. We now use this as a reward or when the GD get the zoomies and need to calm down.
