Highly recommend- Lightweight and easy to use
The Big Blue 250W battery and accompanying solar panel accessory arrived well packaged and are easy to set up and operate right out of the box. The battery can be charged from an AC outlet or the DC solar panels. Output is both AC and DC and a variety of the most useful connectors is supplied for the well conditioned power output. The battery is small and lightweight and fits easily into a bag or backpack. The solar panels come in a protective case which is also easy to carry. This unit is for light duty charging of phones, laptops, tablets and such. The discharge capacity is good and can support multiple items at the same time. The solar panels allow the unit to be charged anywhere there is sunlight so we plan to take it with us on our bike and hiking trips. Camping out will be made better by the integrated flashlight function, which also can serve as an emergency light. This is a well-engineered unit and is competitively priced. Its multi-functionality makes it a useful tool in any situation where you need dependable power for your small rechargeable equipment. I highly recommend it. Joe M.

Updated from 2-4 stars, edit: now 1 star.
So I bought this product a year or so ago for emergencies. I live in southern Cali and we have lots of rolling blackouts and power shut offs due to our states fire mismanagement. I chose this product because of the reviews and I was satisfied the first time I used it. I was able to plug in multiple phones to charge full, I was also able to play some video games on it(ran my ps4 for several hours).I used it the first time and I went to go charge it, charged right up fine. Now Comes the next time I use it, it had full battery. It drained sooo quickly. I played the PlayStation for an hour before it died. NOW HERE IS THE ISSUEI have been charging this unit for probably a month and a few weeks now. I’m using the chord it came with, my outlets are working(they have current). The unit has been staying in the 2 bars charged-3rd bar flashes for the last month. I unplug it and let it chill, I take it to new outlets. What is the point of a power supply if it only lasts once or twice and then never charges again? What a waste of money.Hopefully my unit is defective. I’ll contact the company and see what happens. I’ll absolutely re update the stars for this review if things can be rectified.Edit: this product was not defective. I was not using the correct charging cord. I wish that the charging cable that came with this product had a laser printed brand name on the charge box so that this issue could’ve been avoided. I was using a knock off cable that also fit in the input port for charging, thus why I wasn’t getting it to charge. The product is a good product.Edit for the Edit: Some time has past. I am now editing this July of 2024. This item is a glorified paperweight now. I used it a total of maybe 6 times. A couple of time camping and a couple of times during blackouts. This item will not charge past 60%. If left unplugged, the charge dissipates in less than a couple of hours from just sitting there, rendering it useless. The Seller is unavailable and Amazon has not been able to help me. I am disappointed that such a scheme can take place. Sell a trash product, then the company disappears, making customer support impossible. I will never go with a small brand item like this again. Gonna go with Jackery or some other reputable brand.

Reliable Power Source
Affordable and efficient portable power is a necessity during social distancing, keeping our electronic devices operational while in emergency. I looked through countless options and picked the BigBlue 250wh portable power station. Honestly, the look of this product is pretty cool. The unit itself is also much smaller than a portable generator so you can bring it anywhere needed with more free space and less hassle..The maximum capacity of this generator is 250Wh and has the AC Outlet/2 DC Ports/4 USB Ports( one of the usb ports equipe with the fast charging). Featuring 100-240V AC ports, the BigBlue can handle most camping appliances such as laptop, air mattress pump, TV, lamp, and sensitive electronic devices. The pure sine wave technology provides stable and clean current for your tablets, and smartphones. It also comes with temperature and overcharges protection to ensure the safety for both the power station and devices.Sometimes the fan noise is a little loud, but it was nothing big deal. This power station can be powered from the sun and I also bought the 100w solar panel charger , My daughter uses it on her balcony, which gets her out of her apartment, they work well together and are very dependable and easy to use.You can also recharge it by the AC port or plugging into your 12V cigarette lighter by using the included car charging cable. The BigBlue unit provided accurate readouts on its display, provided stable power up to the specifications provided.

Good for 1 or 2 uses, then useless after that.
Like many other reviewers, I was initially impressed with this item. I bought it back in 2022 prior to a big ice storm along with the compatible folding solar panels, in case we lost power. Never lost power, but had a couple uses for the remote power and it was fine exactly twice.Today I went to charge it in prep for Hurricane Helene. Several hours later, when we lost power, it charged my phone for 5 minutes and then went completely dead. No lights, no indicators, nothing.HUGE waste of money (over $200 between the pack and solar)! Stay away from the product and the brand.
