I have been using this product for years. It is the BEST vitamin B supplement I have ever found for an instant energy boost.I have tried many methylcobalamin B12 capsules and patches, but none equal the energy I get from Purely-B.I also prefer this product far better than any of those B12 energy "shots," because this product is made from whole food, and is non-GMO.To me, Purely-B tastes similar to a grain product; and reminds me of unsweetened cereal.This product does not fully dissolve in water, and is slightly gritty, but easily consumed. It disappears in a health/protein shake.I use 1 heaping tablespoon before my workouts, or anytime I need an extra boost of energy.Purely-B does not over stimulate like caffeine; it just provides alertness and energy.RECOMMENDED!

Great B-Supplement.

I am allergic to any synthetic vitamins, so I add this to my protein shakes to get my Vitamin B and notice it keeps me in a good mood and also the fiber from the roasted maca helps fill me up which is always difficult since I can't have any fruit, gluten, soy, or anything high carb.
