Well-made topper! Sizeable & proportionate for larger cakes. Well-packaged.
Beautiful script letters on this cake topper. Well-made shiny gold acrylic. It was the perfect size for our 10 inch birthday cake. Other cake toppers that we ordered on Amazon were much smaller; this one was a great size. The topper came well-packaged in a cardboard case. Unfortunately, right as I was getting the cake ready for the candles, I dropped the cake topper on the floor and it shattered into 5 pieces! Acrylic is fragile—the manufacturer did an excellent job packaging it securely for shipping. Too bad this couldn’t prevent human error. We ended up trying to put the pieces together and setting it onto the cake without the stick. Here’s the end result.

Broken upon arrival
I would not buy this at all. If by chance it arrives Broken, which ours did, there is no way to return it. At least I have tried every way possible. And it keeps leading back to this product is not eligible to be returned. So I would recommend not buying…waste of money.Updated: They made it right by refunding my money. Thank you.

Do not buy!
This product is a piece of trash and Amazon should remove this seller from their platform. This product arrived damage. I didn’t even have to open the package and the letter A was broken. I attempted to return the product but there is currently no option to return. This is a WASTE of money.

Good size and quality
I brought this once for the black and gold cake that's an 8 inche cake. And I was really happy with this product because it was packaged well with a thick cardboard and not broken. I've seen other product reviews where it arrives broken. Because it turned out great, I brought a second one for the make up cake that's a 10 inch round. (It's not centered because more stuff is being added.)I will definitely continue to buy this sign for my cakes.

Incorrect description
Topper is only 3” wide while the description says it’s 6” wide

Tiny and Cheap
This was not what I expected, it’s made to look large in the images and strong, this is tiny and bendy, it says it’s acrylic which I assumed would be hard and stiff but this looks like it would snap if you tried to push it into your cake. It’s so tiny it would look stupid on a full size cake. I feel deceived and disappointed with my purchase.

Looks lovely. Quick delivery. Quite fragile so extra care needed in storing it away. Good value.

It was quite small and quite flimsy. Did the job but if you want the WOW factor on top of your cake, maybe not what you need. Suitable for like small cakes...
