Mislead by Amazon - Don't Buy!
Very disappointed with the product I received. Unfortunately, I missed the return window and will be stuck with this sub par product. The item is listed as a Vickers Tactical sling made in the USA. It is anything but that. It is a 5.11 Tactical knock off made behind enemy lines in CHINA. See pictures for reference. Cheap, thin nylon webbing and poor quality stitching. I could have made it myself for a fraction of the price. It is another example of why not to trust Amazon and its ability to manage or list products correctly. I will buy my next V Tac sling straight from Blue Force Gear's website. Actually, I think I'm about done with Amazon all together... They're one of the biggest pushers of cheap Chinese garbage. I'll have to sweat it out like a recovering junkie, but I can do it! America First!

Not worth the money
This is by far the worst sling I've used. The main issue with this sling is that it's actually two strips of nylon sewn together, which lowers the overall strength and durability. I've cut/melted plenty of nylon in my time, and eventually the nylon splits due to wear, but with this sling the nylon breaks apart like it wasn't melted at all. In order for the cuts to stay in place, I have to melt the nylon to the point the end is just a black globby mess instead of a neat rounded line, which in turn snags on everything, causing the end to split and the entire process to repeat

not my cup of tea
The price to quality ratio on this is way off. I was expecting a little more out of the sling. Maybe if they gave you the option to choose what kind of clips/attachments come with it (instead of nothing). After spending $30 on clips and mounts I can't justify the cost of this sling. It's 5/8-1" webbing that's super thin and uncomfortable, half the hardware is plastic, and the sewn places snag on clothing. I'm better off just making something myself for half the cost. But that's just my opinion other reviewers seem to like it...

Use the instructions when setting it up for the first time
Quick adjustment is awesome. This thing is an incredible shooting aid if used to stabilize your shooting platform. I used this during a week long shooting course, and I absolutely love it! Awesome sling!Edit: forgot to add that any sling is useful as a shooting aid, but I tested and based my review on a tactical course. The adjustment is fast, intuitive, and can be done incorporated with other movements. The design of this sling really stands out when you are doing things like shooting under barriers, transitioning to pistol, transitioning to go hands on, going over, under, or around obstacles quickly. The beauty of the design is that it requires almost no thought or effort to use quickly while distracted or in motion. It's truly an ingenious design.

A top quality tac sling
I put this sling on my patrol rifle and I works awesome. The ability to loosen and tighten up the sling with one hand is very useful when moving or transitioning to your handgun. This sling is not padded but I wanted something that I could position easier without the bulk of a pad. VTAC makes a padded sling if that is your preference. Most of the guys on our TRT Team use this sling. A quality sling made out of a rugged webbing.

Meh, not fantastic quality
I took a gamble on this sling over something like a Blue Force Gear and I’m unfortunately not impressed. The nylon is very thin and the hardware is meh. They used some generic tan paint that is already mainly worn off and the adjustment mechanism is gritty and hard to use. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it when there are other slings that are twice the quality for similar prices out there.

On the right track but still room for improvement
Well sewn. One of a few limited options in Multicam/OCP from a respectable manufacturer. Some complain about the plastic hardware. Not sure how I feel about it. It seems durable enough, but then again I'm not carrying this thing through a real battle zone either. Like others, I would probably rather see all metal hardware but only if it was cast and not pressed. Not sure what that would do to the price, but I would be willing to pay for a "premium" version like this if it were available. My biggest complaint about this is that it is 1" webbing instead of 1.25". I know it seems like minimal difference, but for a sling, it really does make a big difference in comfort.Otherwise, I like the craftmanship and the adjustment mechanism works well. Overall I would recommend but really encourage the manufacturer to look at 1.25" webbing.Note: I do realize they also make the same sling with a big padded shoulder piece as well. I also own that one and it is more comfortable for sure, but it is too far in the other direction. When carrying the rifle over your shoulder, it works. The problem is when using the sling to stabilize your aim. The padding is bulky and cumbersome. It feels unnatural and out of place.

The only sling that matters
There are many slings out there, but if you are looking for a sling that has mobility and practicality this is it. I have 10 years of military service going through multiple slings. This thing is the one and only that I use on my personal and work weapons you can sinch it up tight to your chest so that way you can provide medical aid, climb ladders, or utilize your hands without your weapon swinging around loosely and smacking you in your private parts; or hanging up on other pieces of your equipment that you may need. The sling was designed by a Delta operator and that alone should say something. The BIGGEST thing about this sling is setting it up right, most that don't have knowledge of this sling do not know how to set it up right and therefore wind up hating it because it was not set up correctly. The one downside to this model of sling is the plastic slide controllers. I would prefer metal, but they are plastic, heavy duty, but still plastic. I have yet to break one, but I am sure it may happen as all things do break.
