I had brought two models of superfan. One x1 and this one A1. Air delivery is strong in both fans, but this one A1 makes a whistling sound which is little bit annoying in 4 and 5 speeds.Packaging is ecco friendly, hence you won't find any plastic in there pacaking and neither any manuals or warranty card. When you open the carton box containg fan motor, you will notice QR codes on both side flaps. One is for warranty registration and another is for user manual.This fan comes with 5 year warranty, if register it online, if not registered, then it's 3 years.The fan remote is small one and has some glowing material is applied or something is there which will glow in pitch black, like older watches so that you can find it easily.

Pros:1. Looks neat and simple2. Remote control is the best part. Works flawlessly. Remote glows in dark helpful for elders3. Consumes less power as said and runs longer on inverter4. Less noise when compared to normal fans. No humming sound on inverterCons:1. Not dust repellant2. Speed is not so fast. Same as a normal ceiling fan3. Breeze function is of no use Finally a properly working neatly designed BLDC motor fan with good remote controlling functionality working flawlessly. Not actually worth the money though. Could have priced little less

Very nice product... I'm using Last one month... Remote Option good.. I needed some doubt about this fan remote control, I called super fan toll free number, he guided very well. But Amazon delivery very poor because delivery man didn't come to my location, I went 25 km to deliver office and I got this box

Working good as expected. Speed is high when compared to normal fans. Also, Breeze option is also available. Multiple speed options makes it useful in different climatic conditions.

I have purchased super fan model A1 and received the product in time without damage. However the motor supports inside the packing was found damaged and motor has moved out of the position. The remote provided is cheap quality and can be improved. Both canopies supplied with this product are very very poor quality. No stopper screws or support for the canopy as result they can move along the support rod and can rub with the fan motor in due course. Needs correction.

1. They don't honor warranty2. Service support. What is it?3. poor quality for that price4. Most of the superfan work ok for few months and then they die. Service support will ask you to send video and they will simply deny the service saying you haven't install the fan correctly. As if Installing a fan is like installing Unix on a mainframe computer come on it just a fan to be hanged to ceiling where previos fan was already there and 2 wires to connect? Is it a rocket science?Don't buy any of superfan they are fraud people.

I am a returning customer of Superfan and have one A1 and one V1 versions of the fans. Though for both fans I had to get the drives replaced within 6 months, I can say that they are good products and saves a lot of electricity. The only thing and the most annoying thing about the fans is the remote . The quality of the remote is pathetic. The plastic is quite flimsy and the buttons stop working after few months. the battery assembly comes of after a few making the remote unusable and the fans won't work without the remote which makes things worse. Please do something about the remote quality. Considering the quality, It seems there are two different companies making the fans and the remotes.
