Aroma Ridge, El Salvador Coffee, 1 lb Whole Bean

I am a devoted coffee lover for almost 50 years. Because of COVID, I have been locked at home for quite some time. Going to a local coffee shop was the last thing I was ready to cut - but I had to. Then, I tried so many brands to find a reasonable replacement including some branded as a Tarrazu. This one is by far the best, you need just to grind immediately before use, then use the right amount and preheated heavy cream. This is probably the next best thing to heaven on earth!

Excellent flavor for coffee snobs like us.

For people who drink the coffee and coffee alone (without a lot of fixins) will appreciate this coffee. It is flavorful, mild. Not necessarily great if you add even a little bit of cream/sugar or things. The flavor may not cut through.For a black coffee drinker like myself, this is just the thing I've been looking forward to every morning. Something I can sip with ease.

I purchased this coffee in February, 2021. Needless to say, it did not meet my expectations. As other reviewers have pointed out, it is not like the other Celebes Kalosis I have experienced. I double checked the roast date and dthe stamp showed a roast date of November, 2019 and an expiration date of November 2020. It is not returnable, and the best I can do is to alert customers to beware.

All I can say is wow. This is my first El Salvadoran coffee and I will be buying more.

This was a very good full bodied Costa Rican coffee. It tends to be a little more bitter than others I've tried. It works best for cold brewing.

Trader Joe’s recently discontinued their Tarrazu coffee which was relatively cheap. This product has a wonderful aroma and flavor and is worth the price. However they are not always in stock. I guarantee you as an amateur connoisseur, phenomenal coffee for a fantastic price.

Nice flavorful roast. One of my favorite origins for coffee.
