No good
It was little. Not what was advertised. It can in a bag. A package bag. It was messed up do to it being massed. Don’t order from this company

Incorrect color
Hat is just basically an iron on type decal which is fine as I ordered for my 7 year however the picture of the item shows a black and grey hat with a red decal (which is what my son picked out) however the hat I received was all black. They sent a replacement which was also all black and now they are requiring me to take it to a ups store in order to get a refund after sending the incorrect item twice. Otherwise if you’re okay with all black, it’s great especially for the price. Velcro backing

Not what expected
Bought this hat for my 8 year son who loves trucks. Thought the kenworth was sewn on it but it looks like its just a iron on.

Not as described
Ordered about 2 months ago and just received it, it was smushed (usps fault) but product description says "nice stitching". The cap is not stitched, the kenworth logo Is a sticker. Very disappointed.

Great hat bad shipping.
Love the hat great quality.... but the shipper smashed the hat so badly it’s permanently bent in a funky shape......
