It sharp and good, but do not attempt to use it without special gloves. Also, it’s very wide. A little too complicated for the beginners, but otherwise, good

Hand slicer
I have several similar slicers in the past but this slicer out performs all of the cheaper ones. Hands down the most sturdy of them all. Blade is extremely sharp and the adjustments are simple and easy to clean! I highly recommend this slicer!!!
