Loses signal too often.
Loses signal too often. Drops signal several times a day. Very annoying. Camera is close to my router and in direct view. Therefore I think is a SWAN issue.When is online the view and recordings are great!

-_- I want my money and hours of my life back
Bought 2 of these. One worked for a week intermittently. Got a replacement that worked for 5 minutes until i let it update, now it won't connect at all. The second one I had worked just fine I though, until today, trying to connect my warranty replacement camera and found that the I thought was working camera stopped saving clips. So now I have 2 cameras that don't work properly. One works on live view only and the camera I was sent as a warranty replacement worked until it performed the updates. Complete hunk of junk and wasted hours of my life installing and working with customer service. Make you pay out of pocket for shipping on warranty replacements too.

Great in theory, but....
I was really hopeful about this camera. It had all the features of the ring spotlight cam, without the subscription fee. At first I was really pleased with it. The picture was good and I was receiving all my notifications. Then I had an issue with the WiFi signal (to be expected, as I have it as an outdoor camera in the backyard far from my router), so I purchased a WiFi signal booster that boosted my signal from 50% to 63%. It has stayed completely connected and all of a sudden I'm not getting any notifications or recordings when I should. I called Swann tech support who had me reboot it and still no notifications. I had to completely set the camera back up from scratch. I had requested to return the item, however, after resetting it up, it was working fine, so I cancelled my return. Now I'm past my return window and it's doing it again a week and a half later. What is the point of the camera, if you don't receive the notifications and it doesn't record?? I would've been better off paying the higher price for the ring spotlight camera and dealt with the subscription fee. I feel like I wasted 100.00 bucks. I would not recommend this camera. Spend the extra money and get something that works.

It’s good
The cameras are easy to install, but they were coming with old versions.So it used to stop working almost every day.We called swann tech support and they helped us to update it, it took around 2 weeks to complete the process because there were someInconvenients.But after that cameras are working perfectly, it saves the videos of the movements or sounds that are detected.Save the quality of the camera is good.It has a microphone to speak to the person that we see in the camera.It’s pretty good

People outside of your door can't hear you
Everything thing works great except the person outside your door can't hear you but you can hear them and the outside.

Nice unit at a great price
Nice unit at a great price. My only disappointment was the volume of the siren. Wish it was a bit louder. Otherwise, I would recommend this unit to others.

Photos of product misleading to believe cameras move to see different angles also can’t talk nor hear and is one of the features advertised for this product.
