This is NOT one size fits all.
I thought my forearms are small for someone who lifts, they're only 10.75" all the way around but putting on these Sleeves feels like how it feels to have your blood pressure checked and when the cuff is inflated all the way. My arm goes numb after 2 minutes of wearing this. I have to return it. Its more suited for smaller people or female lifters.

No elbow pain
bought these because I had the worst pain ever in my elbow after doing weighted dips and I put these bad boys on yesterday for shoulder presses, weighted dips, and tricep extensions and didn’t feel any pain. nice and stiff wraps to keep the elbow tight and warm.

Easy to use, allow multiple revolutions around the elbow, and they support the elbow very well.
Very good product, easy to place on the elbow and work well. If money is not an object, I recommend the Izner brand with Velcro straps for an additional $50.00. I will likely upgrade soon, but for now; I have no complaints with my $16.00 purchase. The upgrade from Izner will run you closer to $65.00. If you’re a serious weight lifter, spend a little extra and you will be pleased.

Don’t buy if your arms are big
Great if you have medium to small arms. Very high quality but forearm hole is very small and Velcro strap isn’t long enough to lock the strap. I’ll keep for another use or give away.

Well built.
I would rate 5 stars, except the storage pack (clear plastic with plastic buttons) failed after about a month or two.The straps themselves are well built and provide great support.
